Shut your pie hole!
Cas:
"Castiel!"
Cas appeared at your side, per usual, holding some stuffed toy bears. "[Y/N]?" Cas asked, sitting the toys on the nearby chair. "You needed—" "To hell with your manners! Look at me!" You shouted, making him flinch and look at you. His eyes widened and he was crossing the room in seconds. "Don't blame me if you don't use the restroom for a week." He said quickly before touching your head. Suddenly, you and him were transported to the nearest hospital, your breaths coming short.
Cas held you close and made his way inside. "How long?" "I've been in labor for half and hour, Cas. I was trying to call you!" His face was impassive, but he got doctors quicker than you could take a step. "She's been in labor for half an hour," he said in his robotic like voice. You almost slapped him to act human. "Crap! Alright, I need a room open, stat!" A doctor shouted and you were whisked away, your breaths becoming heavier and more laboured. "Is he, can he—!" You let out a small shriek. "Cas!" Cas stood in the waiting room, his cerulean eyes wide and curious. Wisdom beyond your knowledge resided in them, which is what drew—and still does—to him. "In a little bit," he said more softly, his voice still sharp around the edges but more mundane for you. With one last look and shout, you let them wheel you off to the delivery section.
This and that.
That and this.
It was all you heard beside screams and shouts. Ordered were tossed and distraught was evident. You just hope your child, a baby boy, would be untouched in all of this. "[Y/N], baby," Cas was at your side, his trench coat traded for scrubs and a mask, his soft eyes catching yours and captivating you. An overwhelming sense of calm flooded you, your eyes searching for that knowledge he held so you could feel at home. Somehow, it always calmed you with a touch of comfort. "It'll be alright," he said, his voice the way it was when he spoke to you. Nodding tightly, you screamed. You were regretting your decision to go natural, your body aflame in pain. "Motherfuc—" a doctor yelled over you, making you even angrier for some reason.
"Damnit all to hell—" Cas gave you a look, his hand squeezing yours. "—get the baby out of me!" That's when it all kicked in. The doctor selling you to push and you were almost there, Cas urging you to hold on and look at him, a baby's cries filling the room. Suddenly, it was all to overwhelming to handle. The pain and exhaustion hit you like a hellhound, your eyes slowly closing with tears as you caught a glimpse of your baby. "You did it," you heard Cas whisper to you with tears in his eyes. "He looks like you and me, he's beautiful, handsome." With those words, you fell into a peaceful dream with Cas and your wonderful baby boy.
Sam:
You and Sam had been planning for a baby for quite a while, your hearts bursting with joy when you were positive.
Sam held your hand, his eyes worried as you wheezed and looked up at him desperately. "Sam, it hurts." You said lowly then to a shout. He winced but nodded at the doctors in his scrubs, more morphine being added. It scared you to think that you might not make it out of the room alive. You would be happy to go on if you got to hold your baby before. By the way everything was turning out and the whispering from the doctors, your chances looked slim.
"You'll be fine, baby," Sam said encouragingly, "I know you can do it." Pssh, you were doubting yourself the minute you saw the pregnancy test. "Fucking damnit!" You shouted and pushed, the doctors chatting up a storm. "I'm giving birth and you're having a conversation! Get your as—" Sam silenced you, but your eyes flared. "Never seen a va—" "Just stop staring!" Sam interrupted you, shooting glares at them for you. The doctors quieted, but you kept the noise level high. Soon, the pain subsided and adrenaline took place. You were having a baby!
