Dean:

He usually called you Sweetheart, and your response to him was to call him your nickname for him: Apple Pie. You gave him that one just to piss him off, though it didn't work, seeing as he lived for pie and kissed you every time you called him it. Also, he would, sometimes, go out and get Apple pie because of it, to have both of you share it over a glass of beer or alcohol of your choice. Sometimes his.

Sam:

You and Sam had a goals relationship. He would call you Baby and you would call him Babe. Honestly, it was so cute and adorable that it made even celebrity couple jealous. Dean joked about puking when he saw you guys, so the cuteness intensified around him, sometimes escalating into something hot that you both had to take it elsewhere...your nicknames still being used. Usually Dean would drive Baby—another reason—away from the bunker.

Castiel:

Cas didn't know what terms of endearment were appropriate for you so he settled on one that he favored: Honeybun. He said he liked it because it was sweet like the food, and because when he was human it was his favorite. Yours for him was Cutie Pie. What? His confusion and intelligence made him cute to you. Who wouldn't say that a blue-eyed, grown man who didn't know the feeling of love and described it as a "fuzzy feeling that made him want to softly tackle you onto your bed and put his mouth on yours" as a Cutie Pie?

Gabriel:

Gabriel loved to call you Sweet Cakes. He just lived for it. Thought it was hilarious on how it made you livid. So, you called him Sweetums. Sam and Dean thought your relationship was weird, but you both wouldn't have it any other way. You both would have a name-off and call each other your nicknames as much as you could, sometimes getting out of hand and disappearing for awhile. Then you'd both come back, starting all over again, but the words meaning more and less taunting.

Charlie:

Bun-Bun was what Charlie called you, because you loved to wear your hair in a bun at night. Personally, you loved the endearment and tried your hardest to give her one as endearing as the one she gave you. What you ended up with was Cookie. Well, Nerdy Cookie but Cookie for short. Since she loved your home made cookies and she was nerdy, you both found it suiting.

Kevin: (omg)

You and Kevin had a nerdy/geeky relationship filled with movie binging and dressing up as your favorite Harry Potter character. You called him Train, because get it? Tran? Train? Yeah, Kevin was unsure of it, but he grew to love your stupid but loving nickname for him. To get you back he called you Sugar. It was fitting, since you went through candy like it was a needed part of life. It was one of the many reasons you were friends with Gabriel—and one of the many reasons why Kevin kissed you so often.

Adam: (I didn't forget ;))

Adam, well, he was dorky and adorable. Adorkable you could say. Though you wouldn't dare say it in front of him, he got super embarrassed, so your endearment for him was Dork. One of his guilty pleasures was Doctor Sexy M.D. and is why you forever will tease him. Adam loved to call you Honey, because you words were as smooth as it and you, well, it embarrassed you for him to say it. He would kiss you and say, teasingly, "you taste like honey." Hence where your nickname came from.

Chuck: (ik so many ppl!)

You and Chuck were adorable you could say. He was God, and that made your relationship amazing and a one in a billion chance. Your nicknames were cliché but the best yet. When you met Chuck, you both were total and complete opposites. You weren't religious and he was, you were daring and he wasn't, you were his opposite. But, that didn't stop the unbreakable relationship that formed between the two of you with time. Chuck called you Yang, and you called him Yin. See? Cliché but cute. He was the Yin to your Yang. And you were his Yang to his Yin. All in all, you didn't care that he was God, as long as he stayed as his true self, nothing could stop you two.
