I always hurt the ones I love
Sam: "He's a friend!" You growled at Sam, snapping the book shut. Sam rolled his eyes, his cool demeanour slowly heating up. "Sure didn't look like it," Sam snapped back, crossing his buff arms. You whipped around to face him, your cheeks red from anger. "He's just a friend, Sam! If you can't accept the fact that I have other people than you; than you should just leave!" Sam threw a book, sending it across the room. It scared you a bit to see him this mad. "Hell you guys are just friends! And this is my damn house! You don't need to stay here, you could go live out on the fucking streets or with your friend! I don't care!" He roared, his eyes flaming.
You stepped back from him, yelling back. "I could! In fact, I will right now—asshole!" Sam blocked the way. "Sure, just fucking friends, [Y/N]!" He spat, making you cringe at the way he said your name. "Then let me go, you don't have to keep me here just to tell me how you don't love me anymore!" You screamed, some tears falling down. "Why's that?! You stopped loving me the moment he came back in town! Go fuck him, apparently you want to than rather being with me!" He stalked out of the room, slamming his room door shut. You frowned, the tears still coming down. "Sam," you whispered, slowly going to his room. You creaked open his door to find him laying on his bed. You went in and shut the door, crawling beside him. "I'm sorry, I won't talk to him anymore if you want me too." You apologised, lifting your head up and seeing his face. He sighed and brought you to his chest, holding you in an embrace that was like he would never let you go again.
"I shouldn't have overreacted," he kissed the top of your head, making you melt into him. "It's my fault for getting an attitude." You said back, wrapping your arms around him tightly, wanting him to never let go. "I love you, [Y/N], and nobody can change that." You let out a breath you've been holding in. "And I love you too, Sam. Nobody can ever make me change my mind."
Dean: You groaned, going to the kitchen. "You could've gotten killed, [Y/N]!" Dean angrily said, stomping in after you. "I'm here, aren't I?" You sassily said back, trying to not get mad. "That doesn't change the fact you could've died!" You turned to him, frowning. "Dean, we killed the Wendigo. Ok? I'm here, you're here, Sam's here. We're all here, and everything will be ok." Dean didn't look convinced. "You seriously could've gotten hurt." He pointed out, still a bit pissed. You threw your hands up. "I give up! Dean, let loose a little! God forbid I do something risky without you breathing down my back!"
Dean huffed. "[Y/N], you can't just do that!" You narrowed your eyes. "So I'm too weak to handle jobs like you and Sam?" You hissed. "Is it because I'm a girl? Huh? Or is because you just don't want me here? Because either way I'm leaving. You can't keep treating me like some pile of shit, Dean! I'm not helpless and I can take care of myself!" Dean clenched his fists. "You don't get it, do you?!" He yelled. "Is it really that bad to have someone look out for you? Is it? Tell me now!" Sam peered in from the kitchen doorway, slowly retracting himself from your argument.
"No, but you treat me like I'm 4!" "Fine! Be reckless, go kill yourself! But don't say I didn't warn you. And if you want to be treated like us, go through what we've gone through. Then come back and tell me to not care." He spat. You grabbed his hand, giving him your puppy look. He sighed and brought you close, stroking your hair as you laid against his chest. "Let's not fight anymore, ok?" You asked and he nodded, giving you a light kiss on your forehead.
Cas: You stomped away from the Angel, tired of him. "Cas, stop following me." You demanded, crossing your arms and coming to a stop. Ever since you got hurt on a hunt when separated, he hasn't stopped tailing you. "No," he told you gruffly. He grabbed ahold of your hands, making you look him in the eye. "Is it bad that I want to look after you?" You shook your head, knowing that he wouldn't want a fight—he would just shoot it down. "But I'm a grown woman—" "—that is reckless and needs help controlling it." He finished, making you huff. "No!" You snapped, getting ready to yell.
He shushed you, giving you his soft look with pleading eyes. You melted at his look, the trick never failing to warm and calm you. He gave you a kiss, smiling at you. "Fine," you sighed. "maybe I do need to be kept in check every now and then." Cas nodded, holding you close. "I'm glad we could avoid the big argument and just stay at a little one." He said, making you roll your eyes. "Yea, me too." You said softly, resting your head against his chest.
