Thin lines between love and hate

Chapter 7

Sierra's POV:
Meanwhile at the Smith's house
"Jacob baby, do you ever question and worry about Dominique's and Ray's relationship or whatever it is" I said wanting to know what my husbands opinion was and he looked up at me as if I was being serious " babe are you really asking me this question right now" he said with an eyebrow raised "baby of course I question and worry about their relationship I mean Dominique is 15 and Ray is 15 going on 16 and with her being our daughter and Ray being my friends son its a questionable situation and I ask myself this question almost every day, do I approve of the relationship" he said and that me feel  little more at ease "baby why did you ask me that" he said "I just wanted to get your opinion on the issue that's all" I said with a smirk on my face. After that discussion with him I needed some good well needed rest.

The next morning
Dominique's POV:
I woke up feeling refreshed and just randomly happy about this morning. I was now fully awake and got my clothes, towel and wash cloth and got ready to take my shower. After my shower I dried off, put on my clothes and headed down stairs being greeted by my mom,dad and my too sisters Brianna and Simone (and just so anyone is mixed up I have and sister and a friend with the same name and that name is Simone) "morning everyone " I said insanely happy having  no idea why but I just felt like today was going to be a good day and that nothing could mess it up. "Morning" they said back and I sat at the table with my plate eating and thinking about what to say to Ray when I saw him but my thoughts were interrupted by my sister Brianna "why are you smiling so hard" she asked with a raised eyebrow "it's nothing" I said hearing a slight chuckle from my mother because she knew I was thinking about Ray " yeah right" Simone said with a smirk on her face as well " you know good and well that you over there thinking about your boo thang" she said making kissing noises which made us all laugh " maybe I am ok, I just really like him" I said cheesing even though I'm not the type of person who would express my feelings in front of my father because it made me feel weird " then you must really like him then" Simone said. We laughed and talked for a few more minutes and then it was time to get ready for school, we grabbed our things said out goodbyes to our parents and headed to the bus stop.

I really hope this day goes great as much as I want it too...

Ray's POV:
I woke up refreshed and ready to start my day, I got up 5 minutes before my alarm clock, got my clothes ready, picked a towel and wash cloth and went to take a shower.

I finished my shower and got dressed and headed downstairs to eat breakfast and as started to head downstairs my phone kept going off and I smiled immediately at who it was...it was Dominique.

I headed downstairs when the smell of pancakes, bacon, and eggs hit me. Time to dig in I thought to myself heading to the kitchen and fixing me a plate of my favorites." Morning family" I said with the same joker grin my sister had on yesterday I just really had a good feeling about today and that nothing could ruin it because I was determined to fix the problems me and Dominique had "morning" they said back " so son, how did you feel about the talk we had last night? Did it make you feel more at ease"? He said " as a matter of fact dad, it did make me feel more at ease" I said with a smirk on my face "good because you and Dominique's drama was too much for me" my sister said while rolling her eyes and waking away. I finished my breakfast, packed my things, said my goodbyes and headed to the bus stop with my sister.

This is going to be a good day...
