Thin lines between love and hate

Chapter 8

Dominique's POV:
I was standing at the bus stop with Ray still on my mind and with everything that went on with us 2 days ago I know we can move on because now that I think about it, he was right about the situation because all I was doing was b••••ing and I shouldn't have let some girl get in my feelings because I don't care about her and she doesn't care about me. I really couldn't wait to see Ray and when I noticed him walking toward our bus stop with his sister I looked up at them and then he looked in my direction and I looked at him and we made full eye contact and when we did that I felt butterflies begin to form I'm my stomach and I'm so glad that we are able to move forward and away from awkwardness. He arrived at the bus stop with Dierra and she said hey to me and I said hey back but my mind was more focused on Ray. " Hey" he replied with that adorable smirk "hey" I said back while biting my lip but at this point I couldn't hold it in anymore, I reached out and gave him a huge bear hug not wanting to let go and I melted the inside when he hugged back, he smelled so good. " I'm sorry" I said whispering in his ear " I'm sorry too" he whispered back then we let go of each other and he winked at me which sent chills down my spine. We stood there and waited for the bus to come and pick us up.

This is going to be a great day...

Ray's POV:
I was walking to the bus with Dierra when I noticed that Dominique had already got there. There's just something different about her though...she was was actually smiling, so when we were finally at the bus stop Dierra said hi to her and Dominique said hi back still with that gorgeous smile and and I was wondering why she was acting like this so early in the morning because normally it's a hey with a straight face, but I guess we're both feeling good about this day.

Dominique was smiling but she seemed more focused on me "hey" I said with a smirk in my face hoping she would say hi back "hey" she said back while in the process of biting her lip and I'm not going to lie that was one sexy lip bite and before I could say anything else she reached out at me and gave me this huge bear hug then she whispered in my ear " I'm sorry" and this made me melt on the inside because I was wondering why she was sorry, if anything I'm the one whose sorry " I'm sorry too" I whispered back then we let go of each other then I winked at her. We stood there and waited a few more minute for the bus to come and pick us up.

This is going to be a great day...

Dominique POV:
We arrived at school kinda late due to an accident on the road so sitting in math class would be a little longer which I felt would be great because Ray would be sitting next to me. I was more focused on him more than usual now because when the teacher was talking all I pretty much heard was blah blah blah, man this teacher is a talking machine and I know everyone has that teacher that talks like its the end of the world but anyway back to focusing on Ray. I really couldn't stop thinking about the things that happened, you know with the argument and everything, the conversation we had yesterday and our little moment at the bus stop, I just really hope that our day can go by as smoothly as I want it to.

Jessica's POV:
I can't stand Dominique and Ray being friends or even in their meaningless relationship, I mean why is she even friends with him and what do he see in her anyway, she is a problem that needs to be solved and I have the perfect plan that will bring their relationship crumbling down and that will keep them away from each other for good and Ray will be mine.
