Ray's POV:
I was still in distressed mode from all the homework that I had to complete last night. I was a total wreck and needed some more sleep but I had to go to school, but thank God it's only for a 1/2 of day due to some school teacher meeting. I did my morning routine and headed downstairs for breakfast. Guys, when I say I was tired I was distressed, drained, overworked, etc. I was tired I started to fall asleep at the table but I was immediately woken up by my mothers voice "I see your still tired" she said fixing herself a cup of coffee "yep" I said feeling like my eyes were about to close shut once more "then I guess that makes two of us" she she said sipping her coffee as Dierra made her way into the kitchen. " what's wrong with you this morning" I asked as she tried to speak but her words vent in silence "did you lose your voice" I asked; she nodded her head "how" i said raising my eyebrow as she pulled her phone and texted me saying ' I think I have a soar throat' "oh" I said as my mother prepared a warm cup of tea "no school for you then sweetie, now take this and go back to your room and just rest" my mother said sending Dierra to her room as I finished breakfast. "Later mom" I said gathering my things and heading to the bus stop "later" she said locking the door behind me.

Dominique's POV:
I was so glad that today was a 1/2 of day because I didn't want to be in history class the whole 1 1/2 with Jessica, mainly because I could tell she still was apprehensive about the whole hallway incident, but she can't blame me; it was her fault. I did my morning routine and headed to the kitchen to make a bowl of cereal and for some reason as I really payed attention my parents are never home in the morning on Monday's , Tuesday's and Thursday's. I sat at the table and ate quietly, none of my sisters were going to school today but I had to because of basketball practice, that's right I play basketball and I'm one of the top 3 players on my team and we are practicing for the state finals in three weeks and I was so provoked I couldn't wait. After breakfast I put my bowl In the sink and headed upstairs to gather my things and tell my sisters that I was on my to the bus stop.

I got to the bus stop and I saw Ray, it may have just been me but he looked like he haven't slept in days . " you ok" I asked taping his shoulder "yeah, I'm just tired mainly because of that long a•• essay I had to write" he said as I let out a slight chuckle " what you laughing for, that's not funny" he said making a face " I'm only laughing at face expression, that's all" I said letting out a small laugh instead; he rolled his eyes "awwww, did I make you mad" I said squeezing his cheeks playfully "no" he said shoving my hands away "good, now lighten up and have some fun" I said as he gave me a fake smile "really Ray, come on smile like you mean it" I said nudging him a little "fine" He said and smiled that handsome smile I always loved to see "there we go" I said smiling back at him as he rolled his eyes again. After talking and laughing at the bus stop for a few minutes, bus finally came to pick us up.

Ray and I haven't had this much fun since we were younger, I really miss those old days...

When we arrived at school there were only two other buses at the bus ramp, normally where the first bus here. The buses release students and we head to our classes, and I was surprised at how many students were already there considering waiting after the bell to enter the room, guess I'm not the one exited about this 1/2 day.

Me and Ray headed to the classroom only to realize Mrs. Monroe wasn't there; she's always here in the morning,  oh well. Ray and I sat at our desk and talked for a few more minutes until Jessica walked into the room and our conversation quickly disappeared.

The trouble begins...
