Chapter 20

Brandon's POV:
I was talking with Simone when I noticed that Dominique and Ray were heading to the dance floor and when they there they were all up on each other, grinding and everything and I promise you they are some freaks. "Look at them" I said pointing in Dominique and Ray's direction "yep, they really are perfect for each other" Simone said "I agree, hopefully very soon they will get together" I replied back as she grabbed my hand leading me to the dance floor next to Ray and Dominique.

Dominique's POV
It's was almost midnight and the New Year was Rollin' it, I was so exited because I was almost finished my senior year of high school and couldn't wait to go to collage to be able to start a new life, hopefully with Ray right by my side.

Ray's POV:
The New Year was almost here and I'm so exited, especially because I'm almost done with my senior year of high school and I can't wait to go to college to start a new life hoping Dominique will be right by my side.
"Are you guys ready for the New Year" I asked as Dominique, Brandon and Simone as they nodded their heads in agreement "good only 30 seconds left I said looking at my watch no even realizing Dominique took hold of my hand, I looked at her and smiled as she looked at me and smiled back "5...4...3...2...1, Happy New Year!!! Everyone at the party cheered with excitement as they hugged one another with me and Dominique doing the same, then it happened...we kissed and it was a passionate kiss too "I finally got my prayers answered " I said  holding both of Dominique's hands "yeah, me too" she replied back "I see y'all over there" I heard Simone say in the background "so how does it feel to  have a girlfriend man, I mean y'all have been waiting for a long time for this"  Brandon said after her "it's an amazing feeling, especially being with someone you love" I said giving Dominique a smile "come on girl, tell me all about it" Simone said taking Dominique away "I'm so proud of you man" Brandon said slightly punching my shoulder "I'm proud of my self too" I said as we both made our way to the booth.

Dominique's POV:
After the kiss that Ray and I shared I hear Simone on the background all of a sudden and to be honest, it startled me a little "I see y'all over there" she said "so how does it feel to have a girlfriend man, I mean y'all have been waiting a long time for this" Brandon said after her "it's an amazing feeling, essential being with someone you love" Ray said smiling at me which made me blush a little "come on girl, tell me all about it" Simone said and with that she grabbed my hand and we made our way to the bathroom "ok tell me everything and don't leave anything out" she said with a cheesy look on her face "you must really want to know huh?" I said slight smiling at her "yes I do, you guys were taking forever to confess your feelings" she said "yeah we did take along time but the wait was worth it" I told her biting my lip
"What are you over there thinking about" she said raising her eyebrow "it's nothing" I said snapping out of my thoughts "whatever, just tell me what happened" she said, and by the tone in her voice I could easily tell she was getting annoyed "ok so after he got the drinks we headed to the dance floor and trust me, we were having fun. So after the dance was over and It was almost time for the New Years he asked you guys if you were ready and you guys nodded your heads in agreement and somehow I just managed to take hold of his hand so he looked at me and smiled so I smiled back, then when it was time the crowd was cheering with excitement and hugging everyone in site so when Ray and I hugged we both leaned and kissed" I told her "what kind of kiss was it, was it nice and gentle or was it a tongue kiss" she asked in anticipation "both" I said biting the tip of my fingernail as I thought of that moment "just make sure you guys keep your hands to yourselves" Simone said as we both headed back to the where the guys were "don't worry we aren't going to do anything, I promise" I said following behind her "yeah right" she said rolling her eyes.
