Ray's POV:
3 weeks later
Guess what today is guys.....it's My birthday🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊 and I'm so turned up right now I don't know what to do. It's 7:45 pm and the only person that's already here that www invited was Dominique, and I have to say that what she's wearing is really turning me on. Wait! Should I be thinking about her like that? Or should I, I mean I do have feelings for her and everything but what is she didn't feel the same way about me, 'get your self together' I told myself as people were walking through the door and came to greet me "yo, wassup man" my friend Brandon said as we did our hand shake "so how does it feel to be 16" he asked "I feels great" I said "any special girl in your life at the moment" he asked "yeah...just one and she's over there" I said pointing Dominique " dang, where you find her at" he said still staring at her " no where man, we grew up together that's all" I said looking in the direction Dominique was in " yo, I can tell you like her, have you thought about making her yours yet" he asked making me smile at the question "sadly, no I haven't" I said looking at back at him
"Well I suggest you claim her before anyone else does" he said as I nodded my head in agreement "she's a catch, don't lose her alright so just remember you may not ask her out now but when that time comes, you'll know" he said "hope so, but what about you since you know all this stuff, have you found the right girl yet" I asked " no I haven't found the right girl yet, but I'm no rushing and neither should you" he said patting my shoulder and going to talk with other people 'Brandon was right, I should make her mines but I don't think that right now would be a good time, maybe when we're older I will consider it, but after all the rinks we've gone through, I know she's not up to it' I told my self before blocking my self from my mind as I went to enjoy my 16th birthday.

Dominique's POV:
The party was amazing and I was glad to see Ray enjoy himself, it really made me happy and with the outfit that he is wearing is really turning me on because I'm staring to bite my lip while I was still thinking about him until my thoughts got interrupted "I saw that" my friend Simone "saw what" I said letting out a nervous laugh "that lip bite, your thinking about Ray aren't you" she said and because she was right I couldn't lie to her "ok, yes Simone I an thinking about him and I think that my feelings for him are growing, for instance every time I'm near him I get butterflies in my stomach, Simone what should I do" I said "well don't rush it when the time comes I believe you and Ray would make an amazing couple some day" she which made me smile and I think she was right, when the time comes for us to be a couple it will happen but for right now let's just keep our relationship where it is. "Thanks Simone" I said giving her a hug "your welcome" she replied back.

The party went for another hour before it was time to open gifts, the gifts were amazing and he really appreciated the thoughts of his friends and family, especially Dominique. She was the one for him and only for him, even when they went through rough patches they were still there for each other and always will be, No matter what.

Ray's POV:
I really enjoyed my birthday, I was able to spend time with my family and friends, but I most definitely got to spend time with Dominique, everyday I wake up she's always on my mind and when I go to sleep she was on my mind, I thought about her everyday not wanting to be separated. We have a special connection and I don't ever want to give it up.

It was 10:00, the party was ending and everyone began to leave but only Dominique stayed behind. "So, how did you enjoy your party" she asked "I loved it and I appreciate you being here with me" I said "your worth it" she said hugging me, then we kissed and it wasn't just a kiss, it meant something, I was a passionate kiss. " I love you" I said to her with a smile hoping she would say the same thing back "I love you too Ray, I always have and I always will love you" she said back.

I will never forget this moment...
