"Caleb yellow is such a hideous color. Pick another one!" I groaned desperately. Caleb and I were picking colors out for every room in our future new house plus a color for the house itself on the outside. We pick a royal purple for our room and we coordinated colors for the other guest rooms based on the 4 seasons. We left one room completely white and empty because....that will the room for our future child.

"Whats wrong with yellow?" He asked me in annoyance while holding a color card with different ugly shades of yellow with their names on it. "Really? You're asking me that? I hate yellow. I hate the color orange and the color green also. Look at it" I explained in a raised voice while pointing my finger at the color card.

Caleb sighed and placed the card back in its slot and stepped back in a gesture of surrender. "Fine. Pick a color for the house and I'll get these colors in their buckets so we can go" he told me and he walked away to the clerk with the color cards. I looked at the colors and examined them carefully because I didnt want my house to clash with any of the rooms.

I walked silently down the aisle and moved my blue eyes to glance at the colors. I thought ahead to the colors of my future child's room so I can choose the right color that saids 'welcome'. After 10 minutes of searching, my eyes laid upon a light shade of brown. It wasnt an ugly kind of brown. It looked like a skin color almost. It looked the color of concealer and it was really pretty. I picked it up and looked at the name.

I laughed to myself. Its nude. The color is nude. "I'm so stupid" I said quietly to myself as I rolled my eyes and walked over to where Caleb was. "So what color did you pick?" He asked as I stood next to him. He had about 30 buckets of paint with him plus the painting supplies and stencils to make designs. "Nude" I said to the paint clerk and he nodded and took the color card from me.

"Nude? Nude? You want to paint the entire outside house nude instead of yellow? Seriously?" Caleb asked me with surprise and annoyance. "You know you complain a lot right? Shut up Caleb. If we picked yellow, the house will look like a fucking banana. Nude is a neutral color. Its a calm color. Not too exciting but welcoming. Plus people will be surprised when they step in the house because they wont expect anything. They'll think we're boring" I calmly explained to him and crossed my arms around me which were covered by my white cotten sweater.

Caleb looked at my face for a while before nodding. I smiled at him and gently placed a loose strand of my hair behind my ear. "Here you go madam. You can both check out the paints at the check out aisle. Have a nice day" the clerk kindly said to us as he gently pushed the bucket of nude paint towards me. I took it and placed it in the cart with the others. Caleb and I said our thank yous and left to check out the paint.

I was at the triplets' house, in Emily's room. Pierce had to go do errands with his mom, who is the sweetest woman ever, and Melody was over at Chase's. I was sitting on Emily's soft pink bed while she was sitting on her bean bag, reading a book to herself. I grabbed a pillow from the head of the bed and laid myself onto the opposite of the bed with pillow under my chest.

"When will you finish that book?" I asked her. She looked up at me and smiled. "I'm at the last page before the epilogue. I'll stop there. I can see that you're bored" she said softly to me. "Oh no I'm not bored......okay yeah I am. I've been in this room with you for almost a hour and you've been reading. Come on!" I groaned and playfully threw the pillow I had at her. I giggled when it bumped the book right out of her hand.

She laughed. "Alright, alright. Whats up with you love?" She asked me as she jumped on her bed with me. "Nothing really. Whats up with you?" I asked looking at her for any weird sign of her holding a secret but found none when she answered "same as you. Nothing" she said with a smile but thats when I saw something in her eyes that she was holding something.
