4 months later

Caleb's POV

I stood in our just staring at her, watching her sleep. Her beautiful, brown, bouncy curls sprawled against her pillow with our comforter hanging loosely from her bare shoulders.

Her lips, red and swollen from the pressure I applied, curved in a small, dreamy smile. Her cheeks, a rosy pink that contrasted well with her glow. She had one hand under her pillow and one on it and she slept.

"My Anna" I breathed lovingly. She was finally home. Home to me. Now I can see her everyday and taste her, feel her, listen to her, and cradle her. She's my life.

I walked over to my side of the bed and she squirmed from the bed's movements and positioned herself so her back was to me. I chuckled and scooted closer to touch her warm skin.

I winced and flinched when my hands made contact with what felt like ice. "Anna you're freezing!" I exclaimed. I quickly grabbed more of our blanket to place over her but she turned over to face me again....but it wasn't Anna and she was wearing her locket...

"Whose Anna?" Tess's lips moved to allow the most horrible word escape. "Tess?" I whispered in shock. She moved her lips in a seductive yet sinister smirk. "In the flesh" she cooed.

"Caleb! Wake up!" I jolted awake and instantly felt the damp wetness over my skin. Another nightmare. Another fucking nightmare. It's been four months without the love of my life and even when she's not here, she haunts me in my sleeps and I need her back.

"Caleb? Are you okay?" I felt the bed move gently by my side and I turned my head to see Skylar, her eyes filled with worry. I instantly felt bad for waking her up. As if she read my thoughts, she moved strands of wet hair away from my face before she said, "I heard you while I was out getting water. Don't worry you didn't wake anyone."

I felt my chest heave up and down as I panted. I looked over to my left and Anna's side was still perfectly made....and empty. "Have you gotten these often?" Sky asks as she turns on my nightstand light. I coughed and rubbed my eyes.

"Yeah. Since she left. It's always the same thing though" I whispered and curled my legs up to my chest and put y head between the crease of my knees. I felt something cool touch my arm and jumped but only to realize Sky was offering me her glass of water with a weak smile.

I shakily took it, the cool texture reminds me of my nightmare and I feel like crying and as I took a sip I realized I was cause Sky moves her thumb up to wipe a tear away.

"Don't cry Caleb" she whispered sadly and by the look of her biting her cheek down in the inside of her mouth, she wants to cry too. But she's cried enough and I have more than enough tears to spare for the two of us.

"We can't stay sad. Anna would hates this. You know that. She needs us to be strong and clever and find a solution" Skylar commands sternly and for the first time in awhile, my old Sky was coming back.

I let out a sob before swallowing a mouthful of water. "But I have no idea as to what we need to fix this" I croaked and sat the glass down on my nightstand. Skylar gets up and begins to pace around my room, a habit she does to get ideas flowing.

"Do you guys have a song?" Skylar asked eagerly. I shook my head. "Not really" I told her and watched her blonde bun bounce as she paced again.

"There has to be something" she spoke to herself. "Nicknames?" I suggested. She shook her head. "You've tried too many times. It's not working" she told me.

She's right. I saw Tess/Anna in Walmart a month ago and I said 'hi princess' and Tess turned around with a weird expression on her face then one of realization. 'Oh you're talking to HER. She saids hi' she told me tiredly and walked away.
