Anna's POV

It's 1 AM right now, there is a horrible thunderstorm outside and Georgia, Caleb and I cant sleep. I'm on my back looking up at the ceiling while Caleb is sitting indian style next to me and Georgia was laying her pretty brown haired head on my stomach and we were all eating a bowl of popcorn. We decided to take this time to ask each other questions.

"Dogs or cats?" Caleb asked me and at that I gave him a "really?" look. "I'm all about dogs! Why ask that question? I had a dog named Duke. You dont remember him?" I asked him. He smiled and nodded. "Just wanted to make sure you didnt change your taste in animals. I love dogs" he said to me. I smiled up at him.

"Favorite color?" I asked him while popping a buttery popcorn in my mouth. "Red" he replied while shaking his jet black with his hand. "Good. Red looks like your color. It contrast well with your hair and makes your purple eyes even more mysterious" I told him and I made my voice deeper to enhance the mysterious part which made us both laugh. "Mine is blue. But I think you already know that" I said to him. "Well I do have a good memory. Unlike some people" he hinted towards me which caused me to throw a handful of popcorn at him. "Not my fault!" I exclaimed playfully.

"Sure sure. I think Gi is dead asleep. We should put her to bed" Caleb told me as he gestured his head over to his sleeping sister. I nodded and Caleb went over and gently picked her up. At that moment, I heard a knock at the door. I raised an eyebrow at Caleb.

"Were you expecting someone?" I asked him. "Anna its 1 AM. Who would come to our house at 1 AM?" He asked. I nodded. "I'll get it" I told him. "Be careful" he said to me while I went down the stairs to the front door.

I slowly opened it to see Sabrina, drenched in rain water, shivering like a dog and about 5 suitcases too heavy for girl like her to carry. My eyes widened in shock and my mouth formed a O shape. "Sabrina?!" I yelled in shock.

"C-c-can I l-l-live w-w-with y-y-y-ou guys?" She managed to speak out. She sounded like she had been crying and her muddy shoes are evidence that she walked over here.

"Oh my god. Come in" I gently pulled her inside and took her suitcases in the house. In the light, she looked even worse. She wore a oversized green sweater with jeans and now muddy black vanz. Her gorgeous blonde hair was covered in dirt and looked like she fell in the mud she walked in.

Her face has smeared make up everywhere. "Sabrina what happened?" I asked her sadly. "Holy crap! Sabrina?!" Caleb yelled as he ran down the stairs to meet us.

"M-m-my mom k-k-kicked me out. N-n-no one w-w-wanted to drive me here. So I-I-I walked. N-n-no one wanted m-m-me back home. I-I-I'm a d-d-disgrace" she stuttered. I grabbed her hand and she was extremely cold. She felt like ice. "My god. You're freezing. Here I'll make you some hot chocolate. Caleb get her a towel" I said quickly and he nodded and ran to grab a towel from upstairs while I sat Sabrina down in the dining room.

After I got the hot chocolate ready and Caleb wrapped Sabrina in a dry towel, she was starting to warm up and talk normal again.

"Why would you be a disgrace Sabrina? You're wonderful" I told her with sincere sympathy. What did her mother say to her? Where was Chase?

Her lip started to quiver and she began to shake again and without hesitation I got up behind her and rubbed her shoulders and hugged her shoulders. She grabbed my arms and tried to relax herself. She then took a long deep breath and began to speak again.

"I came home from the dentist and my mom was so angry at me. Saying I spend too much time reading and I'm anti-social. I told her I have friends but she didnt believe me. Then she told me im worthless and ugly and a disgrace because I'm-" she paused and looked at us reluctantly. "You're what Sabrina? You can tell us" I told her softly.
