"Shhhh. Their coming," I whispered. We turned off the lights hid behind the coach. They walked in and we jumped up. "Welcome home," we yelled. They laughed. Bel ran towards me and gave me a big hug. "Hey little sis. I missed you," I said hugging her back. "I miss you too, big bro," she said. She pulled away. "Noah this is Matthew and Cameron," she said. I hugged them. "Isabella," our dad said. Bel ran towards him and started to cry.

I pulled away from the hug. "So your my dad," I asked. He nodded. "I'm so sorry." He gave me another hug. "Isabella, this is your step mother, Amber, step sister, Eunice, and step brother, Mason." I waved as Amber came and gave me a big hug. "You look more beautiful in person, darling," she said. Wow she had a nice accent.

"Oh my god. I can't believe your Shawn Mendes girlfriend," Eunice said. I faked smiled. Eunice was so beautiful. Mason was good-looking. Cam and Matt looked at each other worried. "We um broke up," I spoke. Eunice looked at me. She came and hugged me. "Come to my room, we can talk while you let all your stress out," Eunice whispered, rubbing my back. Wow. She must've been though it. I thanked her.

I finished packing. I sat down on my bed. "How was I so stupid," I asked myself. I walked to my bathroom and noticed I had bags under my eyes. "Hey, um I came here to check on you," Eunice said pecking through my door. "Um I'm not being rude but, why," I asked. "Because...," she started. "I don't want you to harm yourself, just over a boy," she sighed. I was confused. She took one of my make-up wipes and removed her make-up. She looked like she's been losing sleep and crying a lot. It's amazing how make-up can do so much. She let a tear fall down.

"I've been waiting for your appearance... Because I lost my friends and," she chocked out. She started to cry. I got closer, hugging her. "I've hurt myself because of a boy that I loved so much..but he left me for another girl," she cried. I felt bad. I rubbed her back, as she sniffed. "I only told Noah about me harming myself." She softly rolled her selves up. I gasped as I saw all the cuts she made on her left arm. Some were old and some looked fresh. I covered my mouth. "I'm so sorry," I whispered, starting to tear up. "I can't let this happen to you," I said softly. I wiped her tears away with my thumb. I hugged her. I walked her to my bed.

I started humming to one of Shawn's songs. Slowly, she started calm down. I pulled the covers over her, tucking her slightly. I turned off my lights. I walked downstairs, seeing everyone eating dinner. "Is everything alright," Matt and my dad asked. "We heard crying," Amber also said. "Um Eunice was just letting out everything she had in herself," I spoke looking at Noah. He looked worried but I nod at him.

He nods back, going back to eat. "Would you like dinner, Hun?" "No thank you, dad. I'm not that hungry considering I ate a lot on the plane," I said making them all chuckle. I grabbed a glass of water, going up stairs. I decided I should call Shawn.

I clicked on his contact and let the phone ring. After a few seconds he picked up. "Um hello," he softly spoke. I sighed. "Hi um Shawn, it's Isabella," I stated. "Hello," he said. "How's your new home," he softly asked. Why was he so gentle? "It's great," I chocked.

"Um look listen, I uh called you because I wanted to say how sorry I am," I started. "I'm sorry, Shawn," I said. "Sorry for what," he asked. "For falling in love with you," I cried out. I started yelp. I cover my mouth so they wouldn't hear me. I started to shake, every breathe I took made me hesitant, "I'm sorry for everything I've done to you. If I didn't fall in love with you, you wouldn't be a mess right now. Crying over a stupid girl that you love and care for. I'm so so sorry." He didn't answer. "Isabella, I-i love you so fucking much. I will be so happy, just if you said 4 words back that could mean a world," he cried softly. "I love you, too, Shawn," I answered. "I will have to go now," Shawn said. I nod but forgot he couldn't see me. "Okay," I say, hanging up. "You did the right thing," Eunice said, coming to my side. I sobbed.

There's one day I learn in life, and that is that love never fails.
