Chapter Nine: Surprise

I opened my eyes. I was no longer in my house. I looked around and saw Chandler tied to a chair. I tried moving, but I was also tied to a chair.

"Finally, your up."

"Who are you?"

"Please, tell me you remember who I am?" The person walked into the light.

"Elijah?!" 

"Surprise."

"What are you doing here?"

"Making sure you never met him." He tried erasing my memory, but I got out of my chair on time. I got up and knocked him out before Chandler woke up.

"I'm sorry." I erased his memory of the past week and put his watch to 01/03/3015 1:30 a.m. He left to where he belongs. Chandler woke up. I'm glad he didn't just see what happened.

"What's going on?"

"Someone kidnapped us, but I worked things out with them."

"Okay. Can you, uh, untie me?" he asked while turning a shade of red.

"What's wrong with your face? Why is it turning red?"

"Oh, uh, it's hot in here."

"Oh." We went out, and I took him home.

"Thanks again for bringing me home."

"No problem." The door then opened.

"So this is the one?"

A: Who's this?

C: This is my brother Grayson. Grayson, this is Autumn.

A: Pleasure to meet you.

Gr: Oh, believe me the pleasure is mine.

I'm guessing his parents came to the door.

"Chandler, what's going on?"

"Mom, this is my friend Autumn. Autumn, this is my mom Gina Ann."

G-A: Nice to meet you.

A: Like wise.

G-A: I hope we get to see a lot more of you.

A: As do I.

I left there house, and went home. I opened my door and saw two people on my couch. Another fight, I guess. I got in my fighting position, but then, I noticed it was just the girls.

"What are you two doing here?"

M: We came to check up on you.

L: We saw you weren't home so...we stood here till you got here.

"Where's Xylan?"

M: Asleep.

"Okay. I think I'm going to get some to. I'm really tired."

M&L: Okay.

They left, and I went to my room. I took a shower, changed into pajamas, brushed my teeth and hair, and went to my bed. I was lying on my bed when I heard my phone go off.

From: Chandler

C: Hey.

A: Hey.

C: Seriously, can you hug me? 😰

A: Sure. 😂 At Xylan's party.

C: Okay😉 Wyd?

A: I'm about to go to sleep. How about you?

C: Trying to do the same.

A: 😂

C: I'll let you get your sleep. Good night, my angel.

A: 😂 Good night my Cupid.

C: 😳 😂

I went to sleep. My eyes were really heavy. Finally, some rest. I woke up the later on that day. My phone had so many notifications.

From: Chandler

C: Good morning, home slice.

From: Mariana

M: We need you to distract Xylan for us. Thanks baby cakes. 😝

From: Xylan

X: Hey want to go the the hills, sugar?

I answered Xylan's first

To: Xylan

A: Sure.

X: Cool. Meet me at 12:30p.m.

A: Okay.

To: Mariana

A: Going to the hills with her.

M: Okie pockie. Make sure to bring her back by 7:30 p.m.

A: Mk.

To: Chandler

A: Good Morning, Chan- Chan.

He didn't answer, but I didn't think anything of it. I met with Xylan, and we went to the hills. After the hills, we went to the mall and ice cream shop. It's was now 7:20 p.m. We began heading back home. On our trip back home, my phone went off.

From: Chandler

C: Sorry, I didn't answer earlier. I was busy with work.

A: It's okay.

From: Mariana

M: Where are you?

A: On our way home.

M: okie pockie.

We arrived home, and she opened the door. As soon as she turned on the lights, we heard a "SURPRISE!"
