A New Beginning

Chapter 23 : The News

I didn't turn back . I didn't want to go anywhere near that shop . I just wanted to go home now . I hoped that they wouldn't come back to my house . I feel bad about how I just left them , but I can't be in there . I just can't . My cat senses are almost always right . Most of the time they are right about something . They were telling me I had to get out .

When I strolled down the sidewalk , I spotted my house and walked towards my house . I walked across the grass and up my driveway to the door . I opened the door and shut it behind me .

" I'm home ! " I shouted . I was guessing that my dad was home from work . That's why I shouted . " Hello ? Dad where are you ? " I yelled . I walked into his office . He was sitting in his chair staring down at a bunch of papers . " Dad . " I said as I touched his shoulder . He flinched and looked at me . " Yes ? " He asked . I started thinking about my mom . I hoped that he knew where she was . " Dad , where is mom ? I'm scared . Where did she go ? " I questioned . " That's what I'm trying to find out . I gotta go and find your mother . " He told as he got out of his chair and paced towards the door . " Wait Dad ! " I shouted . He was already gone . " Damnit ! " I said in my head .

I looked at the items in the bags I had been holding and I decided to set up my figures and I put my manga in my shelf . I climbed up the stairs and traveled into my room .

I put the bag on my bed and started taking things out . I took out my Kirito and Levi figures out of the bag and then I saw another figure in the bag . It was a Eren nendoriod figure . Momotarou had boughten it for me . I don't know why he was being so nice . I kinda liked him . I wish that I could've given him something . I felt bad .

I took all of the nendoriod figures out of their boxes and put them in poses . I then put them on top of my manga shelf . Where all my other figures were . I then picked up the K-ON manga I had gotten and remembered that there wasn't enough room in my manga shelf . I decided to place the manga on top of where my figures were . I ten threw the bags in the garbage . I picked up all the nendoriod boxes and put them in my closet . I wanted to keep the boxes and the accessories . I put all the other accessories I wasn't using in their proper box .

I then went down stairs and sat on the couch . I decided to watch some TV . I turned on the TV and the channel it was on was the news channel . I had nothing else better to do so I started watching it . They had a live report on . I watched what was happening . I couldn't believe what was on the TV . I dropped the TV remote and my eyes started to water...
