A New Beginning

Chapter 29 : New People

I climbed out of the bed and walked towards the door . I strolled through the hallway . I came down the stairs and saw Saori and Amaya sitting on the couch in the living room . They looked worried . I then walked into the living room .

Amaya and Saori got up and ran over to me . " Asuka ! Are you okay ? " Amaya asked . " How can I be okay when my father just died... " I responded back in a soft sigh . Both girls have a worried frown at my . Amaya crossed her arms behind her back and Saori took her right hand and held her left arm . Silence . Awkward silence . Well almost .

I sat down on the couch and sighed . I just couldn't cry anymore . I just couldn't . Amaya and Saori both sat down on the couch next to me . They looked really worried . " Well at least your father is in a better place now... " Saori stated . " Yeah... I just really miss him...and I really miss my mom... " I responded back . " Your mom ? But I thought your dad was the only one dead . " Amaya asked . " Yeah what do you mean ? " Saori questioned . " My mom has been missing for a few days... I don't know where she is... I hope she isn't dead... " I told . " Oh my god... " Amaya said . " That's horrible... " Saori responded back as she covered up her face . " Yeah... " I sighed . Both girls hugged me . I still didn't feel any better . There was no possible way I could . I just had a blank face .

After a little while Amaya looked up and said something . " Want something to eat you guys ? " Amaya asked . " Sure . Why not ? " Saori responded back with . I just started at the floor . " What do you want to eat Asuka ? " Amaya asked . " Yeah ? " Saori said . I don't really know what I wanted . " Um how about some rice or something...Sushi and rice I guess... " I told . " I'll take that too . " Saori told Amaya . " Now that you speak of it , I do kinda want that . " Amaya replied back . " Okay ! " Saori smiled .

Amaya stood up and walked into the kitchen . I heard the sound of keys and then she came back into the living room . She grabbed her purse and then walked towards the door . Before Amaya walked out of the door she said something . " I'll be back soon girls . Also Akio is coming over . Akio is my boyfriend by the way Asuka . You just outta be careful around him...He's a little...no not a little...very perverted . But if he comes here while I'm gone just let him in . " Amaya told . " Okay ! " Saori shouted with cheer . " Okay... " I responded back quietly . Amaya then walked out and drove away . It was only me and Saori .

I was wondering why Saori was so excited . She had a smile on her face while I just had a face of nothingness . Just like the place in my dream . Nothingness . All of a sudden the doorbell rang . " That must be him ! " Saori shouted . She ran over to the door . A few seconds later I heard the door open . " Hello ! Oh your here too Akio . Amaya will be coming home soon . " Saori said .

A few seconds later Saori came into the living room with two guys . " This is my friend Asuka . We've been friends ever since we were really young ! She moved here this week ! " Saori told both guys . " Hello . " Both guys said . I kinda already figured out who Akio was . I could tell because this guy was raising his eyebrows up and down and had a really weird smirk on his face . Amaya did say he was perverted . " Asuka this is Akio . " Saori pointed to the guy I assumed was Akio . " Hello ! " Akio said giving me the eyebrows again . " And Asuka , this is my boyfriend Shiro ! " Saori said as she hugged the other guy . " Hello . Nice to meet you . " Shiro walked up to me and held his hand out . I shook his hand and then stared back down at the floor . " What's wrong with Asuka ? " I heard Shiro whisper to Saori . " We will discuss it later . " Saori responded back quietly . Akio then ran out of the room and into Amaya's room . " What is he doing in there ? " I asked Saori . " Probably looking at Amaya's panties and bras . He does that a lot . It's funny ! " Saori laughed as she hugged Shiro .

A few minutes later Amaya came home . " Akio here ? " Amaya asked . " Yeah . " I responded . Amaya looked around for a few seconds . Suddenly she said something . " AKIO GET OUT OF MY ROOM AND STOP LOOKING AT MY UNDERWEAR AND BRAS ! " Amaya shouted . Amaya , Saori , Shiro started laughing . I could even hear Akio laughing in Amaya's room . Everybody else was laughing except one person . Me...
