A New Beginning

Chapter 19 : A Short Conversation

I shut the door behind me and dropped my stuff on the couch in the living room .

I started thinking about my mom and wondered if she was home . I started searching for her around the house . " Mom ! " I shouted as I walked from room to room . " Where the hell has she been ? " I said in my head . I was really worried about her . I was starting to panic . " Mom...mom...mom where the hell are you ?!?!? " I screamed . I was starting to get overwhelmed . Anxious . Frustrated. Angry . Upset . I ran around the house searching for her . For 20 straight minutes just searching for her .

I ran into my room and shut the door . I locked it behind me . I curled up into a ball and started rocking back and forth slowly . " Where...where...where are you... " I whispered . A tear rolled down my face and onto my hand . I put my hands on my head and started to cry . " WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOU ?!?!? " I shouted . For some odd reason , my brain started telling me to call my friends . I grabbed my IPad and entered Skype . I then decided to call them on Oovoo .

I looked at my friends who were available . Momoko , Naomi , & Ayaka were all available. That was good . I just wanted to talk to them . There had been an update where you could now see 6 people's faces . I hit the call button and made sure that my face was not seen in the camera . I didn't want anybody to see my face . A few seconds later , all of them answered .

" Asuka...Asuka...your here... " Naomi said as she covered her mouth . She looked happy to see me . " Hey ! What's up Asuka ! " Kuro asked with a smile on his face . " I'm so happy your here ! " Rin said with a big smile on her face . " Ah , Asuka , we missed you so much... How's it been going ? " Momoko said with a grin on her face . They were all talking at the same time . I didn't understand what they were saying . I stayed quiet . All of a sudden it became silent .

" Hey , Asuka are you here ? " Kuro asked . I didn't want to talk . Why did I think it was a good idea to talk to them now ? I didn't even know why I decided to do this right now . " Hello ? " Rin called out . All of a sudden my mouth moved on it's own . It said words . " I'm here...I'm here... " I said quietly. My voice still sounded weird because I had been crying . " Asuka...what's wrong ? Are you crying ? " Momoko questioned as she tilted her head to the side a little . " Actually no... " I said in depressing tone . I lied . " What's wrong ? " Naomi asked . " My...my...my... " I shuttered as I said in a soft tone . " Your what ? " Rin asked . " My...my...my... " I said again . " I... I can't do it... " I whispered as I started to cry . " Don't cry ! When you cry I cry ! " Naomi told . She was starting to get upset . " I... I have to go... " I replied in another whisper . " Wait we can talk abo-... " Momoko said as I interrupted her .

I ended the call . I then went to my profile and hit the appear offline button . I then closed the app and turned my IPad off . I placed it on the drawer in my room and laid on my bed . I then got under the sheets and went to sleep .
