Chapter 8 : Bonding

My trials are over,so I'll be updating more in these 2 weeks!!

This whole chapter is mainly about Evelyn and Chelsea having some bonding time together, so it might be a little boring for you guys. Sorry !

Chapter 8 : Bonding

I flipped the bacon over and softly pressed it with the spatula on the sizzling hot pan. The smell begin to spread through the whole kitchen that made my stomach grumbled loudly.

'Okay, okay. Just hold on a little longer' I said mentally to my stomach, patting it lightly.

I woke up at 7:30 am to prepare a 'feast' for myself and Evie. She's coming around 9, so I had 2 hours to prepare everything. On today's breakfast menu, we are having toast bread, bacons, sausages, eggs, baked beans.

Simple.Easy.Scrumptious.

I still left one more egg to fry then I'll be done and I can proceed to soaking myself in the hot warm jacuzzi.

I took out a plate and slit the spatula under the egg and lift it up and put in on the plate. Sprinkled some herbs and placed the bacon beside the egg and done !

I poured 2 glasses of orange juice and put it on both sides of the table.

Jacuzzi here I come !

After soaking for about 30 minutes, I stepped out of the jacuzzi, once my feet touched the cold tiles, I was shivering. I tip-toed my way to the towel and wrapped it around my body like a sushi.

I shook the water off my hair like a dog and used a wided-tooth comb to comb my hair. This is to prevent my hair from being curly. Once I was done I went to my drawer and picked out a polka dot set of undies that I bought from LaSenza.

I slipped it on and put on a plain turquoise singlet that had a cute little ribbon at the side and some high-waisted shorts. I suddenly heard a knock on the window, I whipped my head and looked at the window. No one was there. I begin to feel a little scared. Maybe it's just some stupid bird that pecked the window and flew off. I shrugged and turned around and continued.

I went downstairs and heard the doorbell ring. I opened the door and it revealed a very excited, energized Evie that looked like she's ready to go on an adventure.

"Hey Chels !!" She smiled widely.

"Hey." I replied coolly.

She winked at me and skipped into the house. I rolled my eyes. Typical Evie.

"What'd you cook for us ?" She asked typing away on her phone.

"Breakfast." I smirked.

She glared at me for not giving her the answer she wants.

"What sort of BREAKFAST ?"

She asked sarcastically.

"The usual bacon, eggs, toast." I said taking out a bowl of grapes from the refrigerator.

"Ooo ! They look fantastic." She said looking at the food hungrily.

"Thanks. You can dig in first." I said washing the grapes.

I heard loud munching noises and gulping sounds. I laughed and turn to look at her. She was eating like a hungry monster ! She ate almost all the bacon and already drank 2 full glasses of juice and now pouring another glass which makes a total of 3 glasses of juice.
