I could tell my face was red and blotchy from all the high energy dancing we had been doing to the past few songs. Will's hands were loosely running up and down my waist as I danced close against him. It wasn't as uncomfortable as I thought it was going to since since everyone else were mirroring us.
My clothes and my hair were sticking to my skin which quite frankly made me feel disgusting. It felt like every inch of my body was drawing sweat. Gross I know... I looked Will up and down and he didn't look any different which made me feel better. In fact, we probably looked the most decent, looking at other sweaty bodies in the room.
I glanced around the club and saw a young girl lay flat out on the bar with shots balancing on her face, arms, stomach and legs. Body shots. I wasn't sure whether to laugh or look away. I decided to look away when Will noticed me starting with a look of amusement on his face. I felt my cheeks turn red.
"You want a go?"
"Don't be stupid." I slapped his arm playfully but he caught it and gripped it tightly.
"Let me go!" I squealed.
"Not until you say sorry."
"No!"
Will chuckled at my brave response. "Fine, let's have it your way."
At first I thought he was going to hug me when his arms wrapped themselves around my waist. Of course I knew I wasn't going to be that lucky. He lifted me up off the ground and threw me over his shoulder. I screamed for him to put me down but he just laughed and ignored me. Idiot. This wasn't the first time I'd been in this situation. Several faces turned in our direction and gave us funny looks. A few smiled and even laughed, but others obviously thought we were just immature.
I'd been stuck up there for ten minutes now. Ten minutes! I decided to just suck it up and wait it out, but I never expected him to be able to last this long. I'd assumed he'd get so tired that he'd have to put me down after a few minutes. Apparently not. I was beginning to feel nauseous from being upside down for so long.
"Will if you don't put me down now, as gross as it sounds, I'm going to be sick on you."
He laughed, "Did you say something up there?"
~~~~
By the time he eventually gave up and put me down I was pretty sure that I was either going to pass out or my eyes would pop out of my head. Luckily, neither of those things happened.
"You are so stubborn sometimes its unreal. I swear you would jump off a cliff just so you wouldn't loose against me."
He set me down on my feel and guided my head towards his. I smirked when he closed his eyes. I let our lips graze slightly just to tease and then slipped out of his arms and ran behind him.
He stood there for a second obviously looking around the room to see where I'd gone.
I heard him mutter, "What the hell?"
A giggle escaped from my lips and I couldn't hide it anymore. He span around and started to tickle me.
"Do you think that's funny then Li?"
"No. It's hilarious!"
He tickled me until I fell to the floor and couldn't breathe anymore from all of the laughing and screaming.
"MERCY! I'm sorry!"
"What? I can't here you!"
"I'm sorry!!" I yelled so hard I'm sure Danielle and Natalie could hear me back in England. It wouldn't be long before I'd see those two again and I couldn't wait. My heart rate finally got back to normal and I managed to get back up to my feet. Will was ginning like a little school boy. I can't believe I'd just let him win. I suppose you have to let them win sometimes don't you?
