"MOM!" I yelled at her as I saw through the reflection in the window behind her that my eyes were flickering from black to white. "Don't talk to him like that. Actually don't talk to him at all." I said through clenched teeth as I tried to calm myself down.

"Well he is going to be my son in law right? Which means he is going to carry on the family tradition when you have a child." My mother said innocently.

"What tradition?" Spencer asked

"She means the one that my father did with me." I said not even caring that my eyes were two different colors, one completely black, and the other completely white.

"I have no intention on following that tradition Kat." Spencer said grabbing my hand and turning me towards him instead of her.

"I know." was all I said. "What do you want Mother?" I asked her pretty cold heartedly.

"You aren't happy to see me?" She asked faking disappointment "I imagined you would be happier, I mean, you did save my life after all."

"I didn't know it was you or I would have left you there." I stated as I exited the room. I heard her talking about how he must carry on the tradition or something and he got pretty upset saying he would never do that and she was stupid to think he would hurt me or our tiny little womb nugget. Okay obviously he didn't say womb nugget, he said child, be same difference, right?

I blinked up to my room and got in the shower, I had a feeling Kris would be paying me a visit and I did not have the energy for that. I was just getting out of the shower when I heard a few knocks at the door so I decided not to get out and just pretend I didn't hear it.

The knocks got louder and my patience grew shorter. I finally got sick of hearing it and wrapped a towel around myself. I answered the door and sure enough there was Kris standing in the doorway. "What the hell do you want?" I asked.

His eyes went black. I realize now that I probably should have put some clothes on, huh? The door was slammed shut and I was pushed up against the wall but I froze time as he was about to mark me. No way in hell was this happening! I blinked behind him and everything unfroze.

"Kris what the hell!" I yelled at him as he hit his head on the wall. He turned around and grabbed my wrist, I couldn't blink because he had ahold of me and I would take him with me. "K-Kris...Stop" I said backing up as we got closer and closer to the wall and the door.

He used his speed and pinned me against the wall. I heard Spencer talking to someone about checking on me and talking later and then Kris bit down hard on my neck. The door nob jiggled but it was locked. I couldn't move, couldn't call out for help, all I could do was stand there.

"Kat?" I heard the voice but I couldn't register who said it. I heard a loud noise, the door being kicked open I think. "KAT!" The pressure on my neck was pulled back abruptly, what was happening? I felt myself fall and then I hit a hard, cold, flat surface. The floor? Was I on the floor?

"Oh God, Kat! Are you okay? That son of a bitch, I'll kill him!" I could hear the voice better. I grabbed his shirt sleeve to pull him back to me. "He stopped and picked me up then I think we were running because I was bouncing a lot. "Jessi I need help, Kris tried to mark her but she was rejecting it. She hasn't said a word but she grabbed me sleeve when I was about to attack Kris again so she is still responsive. I'm not sure what all she can hear or see if she can at all but she heard me say I wanted to kill him." Spencer said in a rush as he put me on the hospital bed. Then blackness.

Spencer's POV

I set her down on the bed gently after I filled Jessi in. Jessi was about to inspect her when she started seizing, there isn't really much that you can do to stop a patient from seizing under these circumstances so we tried to hold her down as best we could and tried to wait it out. About half an hour later when Jessi finally spoke to the nurse behind her.
