A/n: there is one part in this scene that could be triggering so pre warning!

/ALY/

"Listen there is not enough room for all of us." Crystal slurred as we entered room 93.
"Then take the floor Crys." Michael teased.
Just about everyone was drunk. Luke, Bryana, and myself were only  tipsy.
"Uhm absolutely not." Crystal furrowed her eyebrows, crossing her arms.
"Aly and I can just stay in another room, two or three of you can have the bed. A couple of you can have the couch." Luke said, "if that's okay with you?" He turned to me.
"Yes, that's totally fine with me." I answered.
Luke and I took our belongings and made our way to the motel office.
A chubby middle aged man sat behind the desk. He had a small TV in front of him. A cigar in his mouth.
He peeled his eyes away from the screen. "Can I help you?" He grumbled.
"Yeah can we have a room please." Luke asked.
The guy looked around Luke to me. His eyes trailed up and down my body and I was uncomfortable.
Luke cleared his throat. "Yeah excuse me, a room, we'd like a room."
"That'll be $125," He looked back to Luke, then back to me. "If you want it cheaper you can do me a favor, sexy." He licked his lips. "You sure are a hot smokin' little r thing."
Luke pulled out a wad of cash and slammed it on the table. He glared at the guy furiously. The guy gave him a room key to room 94 right above our friends.
Luke grabbed my hand and pulled me out of there.
When we got up to the room Luke had his fist balled, he sat on the edge of the bed.
"Lu-Luke." I stuttered. He buried his face in his palms.
"Yeah?" He asked, not looking up.
I didn't answer. He seemed angry, and I'd seen enough angry in my life. I didn't want to see someone so angelic as Luke angry.
Once he realized I wasn't gonna say anything he looked up. I still stood near the door, nervously. He was kind of scaring me, I didn't know if it was the alcohol from earlier or what but he was being strange.
His face softened when he saw the confusion, and slight fear in my eyes.
"I'm sorry...Aly. It just pissed me off the way that guy was looking at you, like you were some kind of possession."
I walked over to him. "Its okay." I took a seat beside him, and slid my hand into his, he rested our hands on his knee.
"No. No, Aly it's not. It's not okay for men to look at you like that, like they can just have you. You're not that kind of girl, I can tell, and it just irritates me thinking of what was going through his mind."
I caressed his hand to try and calm him down. "Luke, shh. It's okay, I'm okay."
He finally made eye contact with me. He brought his free hand up to my cheek and ran his thumb across it. Pushing back an extra strand of hair he slightly smiled. Our faces were closer together now.
Was he gonna kiss me? Is this it? What if I fuck it up?
"We should probably get some sleep." He whispered.
I nodded. "Y-yeah." I pulled back and went in the bathroom to change into my pajamas.
I pulled on an oversized faded black t shirt that stopped mid thigh. I brushed my hair. I didn't take off my makeup because I didn't feel confident for Luke to see me without it.
When I came back into the main part of the motel room Luke was in grey sweatpants and a white tee.
"Y-you...look," He brushed a hand through his hair. "Wow."
I could feel my cheeks heat up. No one ever thought I was pretty. Thea complimented me all the time, and of course those few desperate horny random creeps at school.
"Uh, thanks." I smiled a small smile.
I crawled into the bed.
I lay on my side, and Luke on his back. We were on opposite sides of the mattress.
"Aly?"
"Mhm?"
"Thank you for coming this weekend, I enjoy talking to you. I enjoy being around you."
I rolled over on my right side so I could face him. "Thank you for asking me. Thank you for everything Luke. I enjoy you too."
He looked over at me and grinned.

His hand collided with my cheek. I was shoved to the ground.
I tried to scream but he placed a hand over my mouth.
He reached down and started tearing off my clothes.
I clawed at his arms but it was no use. I thrashed around but he still overpowered me. Tears escaped my eyes.
"Keep fighting back bitch, I'm still gonna have you! You are nothing understand, you are nothing."
I thought he cared about me? I thought he was a good guy? Why would he do this?
"Aly! Aly darling wake up it's just a dream!"
I was shook awake. Luke looked down at me, concern filled his eyes.
I started crying and shaking uncontrollably. "I..I..sorry..Lu...I..."
"Shh," He pulled me into his embrace, his arms wrapped protectively around me, my head on his chest, he wiped my eyes, then ran fingers through my hair. "You're okay, I've got you."
Soon I settled down a bit. I was so tired of having that same dream almost every night.
"Do you want to talk about it?" He whispered.
I shook my head. I could never talk about it. No matter what. Not even if I wanted too. I clutched onto Luke tighter, like I was holding on for dear life.
"You need rest sweetheart, you're exhausted." He kissed my forehead. "I promise I won't let anything ever harm you."
I nuzzled my face into his chest, pressing a light kiss to it. The sound of his heartbeat steadied my thoughts. It was beautiful. He was such a beautiful boy.
Before I thought about what I was saying I spoke. "I adore you Luke." I drifted back to sleep, before he could even answer.

The yellow rays of early morning sunshine filtered through into the motel room.
I stirred awake. I was facing the wall, a an arm tightly draped around my waist, legs tangled together.
A soft kiss was planted on my shoulder. "How'd you sleep?" An incredibly sexy, raspy morning voice asked.
I rolled over to face Luke. He smiled and I grinned back.
"I slept good, you?"
"I slept great."
"Thank you."
"Aly you don't have to thank me."
"No, really Luke. You don't know how much it meant to finally have someone hold me and assure me that I'll be alright."
He caressed my arm. "You can always count on me, I'll always be here for you."
/LUKE/
I know me and Aly hadn't even known each other an entire week, but she was so special to me. I care about her, hell I have feelings for her.
I don't want to scare her away. In fact I want to be the one that's there when she is scared. To calm her, and help her.
Obviously things between us are moving a little fast. I just do not want to screw things up.
"Aly." I muttered.
"Luke." She answered.
"I know we haven't known each other long, at all, but.." I trailed off. I was anxious. I sat up with my back against the headboard, held her hand and messed with a ring on her finger. "You already mean so, so much to me. I want to get to know you better, and I know it's soon but I can't deny that I have feelings for you. I really care about you a lot. You're smart, kind, you are so lovely, you're the most beautiful girl in every way possible."
I nervously looked down at her. A tear escaped her eye. No, no, no, I didn't want to make her upset.
"Aly please don't cry I-"
She sat up and put her finger to my lips. A huge smile spread across her mouth.
"I absolutely adore you Luke Hemmings." She whispered, gently tracing my lower lip with her fingers.
I pulled her closer to me and pressed a long kiss to her forehead. I rested my forehead against hers and smiled.
We looked up at each other through hooded eyes.
"You're my angel Alyse Cohen."

A/n:
Ughh :-) okay so I know this was pretty short and not extremely great. I also realize it's been 5ever since I've updated but I've been super busy with schoolwork. I'm kind of nervous for the reaction to this chapter bc I know things are moving kinda fast between the characters but I promise there is a reason for that. In parts that aren't exactly written in dialogue the two characters got to know each other quite well like for instance in the car, or at the skatepark so they're not strangers. I hope everyone who is reading this is enjoying it! Because this chapter is so short I will hopefully update again tomorrow! Much love- C xx
