'Ya coming Drake?!' Blaise yells from the Slytherin common room, which is empty.
Like pretty much all of the past days, Blaise and Draco are the last ones to leave the dorms.
Draco is grumpy, almost all the time, but he loosened a bit since he has something to do again; something he considers as useful.
Blaise and Pansy are pretty worked up over the fact that he won't tell them what cheered him up; but Pansy wasn't completely wrong when she assumed it had something to do with a bloke he met.Of course Draco didn't think about Potter that way, but he couldn't just ignore the tingle that had gone trough his hand when potter grabbed it.
Maybe Potter didn't feel it, or he was to daft to understand what it meant, but Draco had felt it before. It was, maybe, the beginning of a dumb little crush. But Draco couldn't let that happen, a crush on Saint Potter. No way.
'I'm almost done!' He yells back to Blaise and goes with his hand trough his hair. Instead of his usual layer of gel, he used a spell to make his hair stay in place; and he must say, it looks far more natural this way. Still stylish, like with the gel, but softer and more grown-up, he likes it.
Draco makes his way to the common room, looking at his watch. He's earlier than normal, he still has 20 minutes of breakfast left.
----------------------------------------------
There is only 15 minutes left when Malfoy and the son of mr.Zabini walk into the Great Hall.
Harry notices he had been unconsciously worried for Malfoy when he didn't show up. Harry also noticed that Malfoy always comes in a few minutes before breakfast ends.
Harry immidiatly notices the lack of gel in Malfoy's hair, even from this distance. Harry likes it better this way, it's looks soft and shiny, it makes Malfoy looks softer, a bit less of a git.'Harry? What are you staring at?' Hermione asks and he breaks his gaze to look at her. He hadn't noticed he had been staring, but the weird looks his friend are giving him are saying enough.
'Nothing, I was wondering where Hagrid was.' Harry quickly lies, noticing Hagrid isn't at the head table.'Didn't you listen to Dumbledore? Hagrid is on a special mission.' Hermione says and rolls her eyes.
'By the way, breakfast is already five minutes over, so I have only ten minutes to get to Runes, and you have only ten minutes to get to Divination, so I'm running.' She says after she cast a quick tempus and she grabs her bag.
'Bye!' She shouts from across the hall.'Bye!' Ron, Harry, Seamus, Ginny and Dean shout back in unison and they fall into a fit of giggles- or, like the boys would've said: 'very manly chuckles.'
After he stopped his 'very manly chuckling', Harry grabs his back and runs alongside Ron to divination, with only a few minutes left.
Luckily, they make it just in Tim and sit down sweaty on their usual places.
Harry can't help but glances quickly at Malfoy, who just happened to be glancing at him to and their eyes cross. Each of them look away quickly and get a pink flush on their cheeks.
Fortunately for Harry, he was already flushed from their run through the halls, but Malfoy was less lucky, and Harry wonders what Malfoy tells Pansy he whispers something in her ear.
