The week that follows is a rather awful one, for both Draco and Harry.
Harry struggles with the horcrux problem, and Draco feels guilty for not telling Harry what he knows.
What if Voldemort indeed manages to come back? Is his father's freedom really worth it? But if he gives Harry the information that he needs, people would maybe begin to view him as a hero. A good thing, you would think. But Draco doesn't agree, he thinks nobody could be called a hero when they made so many mistakes in the past, when they tortured so many defenceless people. Like a coward.
No, he was definately not going to let the world know that he was the one who gave Potter the information he needed. But it wouldn't hurt if Draco just told Potter, with a threat of course, he couldn't have that Potter would ignore his request. Draco decided he had to go to Potter,  as much as he dreaded it. Better just get over with it in one go.

Luckily, he found Potter the next day, walking alone trough the hall.
The raven haired boy was looking at his feet, not noticing anything in his surroundings, not that there was much to notice, but if he did, he had seen Draco walking up to him.

'Potter.' Draco said calmly when Potter bumped into him.
'I have one condition.'

At the first Harry doesn't know what the fuck Malfoy is talking about, heck, he doesn't even know why Malfoy is talking to him. In an almost civil manner. But soon enough he recalls last weeks events.
'What is it?' He asks curiously.

'Don't tell anyone that you have it from me.' Malfoy replies and runs his slender hand trough his hair, which is for once not full of gel.

'THAT's your condition?' Harry incredulously . He doesn't know what he expected it to be, but certainly not something simple like that. Maybe money, or a cashmere jumper or something. Something Malfoy-y.

'You do understand that includes your precious Weaselbee and Granger, don't you?' Malfoy asks.

No, Harry totally forgot that Malfoy didn't count his friends as a part of Harry. He was good at keeping secrets, but he ALWAYS told his friends about everything.

'Oh, right. Guess I'll have to make up some excuse then.' Harry answers and begins to make a list of all possible excuses he could use.

'You better.' Malfoy says and than seems to remember something.
'Turris Magnus.' He mutters and Harry looks at him curiously.

'Turris Magnus? The tower where mcGonagall's office is? what's with that?' He asks

'That where you have to meet me if you want destroy that damned horcrux-' Malfoy pauses when he sees Harry's expression. 'Yes, I do know what a horcrux is. I lied. Get over it.'
'Meet me tomorrow there after classes.' He finishes and walks away without a word.

'Hey! Malfoy, wait a sec! There isn't-' Harry starts but Malfoy is already around the corner.
'-A private room in that tower.' He finishes muttering.
