When breakfast is over a few minutes later, Draco walks out of the out of the Great Hall, although they were the only ones left, he still didn't feel comfortable. He doesn't feel anywhere at Hogwarts actually, too much happend here. He doesn't know if he can handle the memories haunting him for a whole year. Every part of Hogwarts practically screams that he is a bad person, that he should be in Azkaban, not walking here, free. One impulsive act saved him from that fate. The Slytherin common room reminds him of the bad plots he made up there, the library reminds him of all the research he did here to let death eaters in hogwarts. One look at the astronomie tower and he's reminded of his role in Dumbledore's dead.
Draco is just about to turn around the corner when he bumps into someone. Potter and Co, great.
'Aren't that horrid glasses of yours working, Potter.' He spats, it's lame, but his mind isn't really with his insults today, and letting an opportunity to insult Potter go isn't his personality.
Harry rolls his eyes, he doesn't really want to deal with Malfoy right now, he has enough on his mind to think about.
'Shove off Malfoy, I don't have time for your childish insults right now.' Harry responds with a dismissive handgesture.
Draco furrows his eyebrows, Potter is normally never that calm, he always jumps right in. What's wrong? Voldemort is defeated, nothing to break his little head over anymore, right?
He chooses to ignore Potter's respons, maybe he wasn't really in it with his mind either.
'It's your fault that my pants are all dirty now Potter, these were hand-made. You have to pay for that.' He says and narrows his eyes.
'Grow up, it's not like you don't have enough money to buy new one yourself.'
'And it's just a little dust, just cast a cleaning spell.' harry says and smirks a few seconds later: 'Or don't you know how to do that? Only thing you can do with wands is throwing them isn't it?'
Draco doesn't really feel insulted by that comment; his magical abilities are much better than potters, but he responds anyway, he just craves a good argument after a silent summer full of frustrations.
'If I recall it right, you were the one who went to sacrifice himself to the dark lord, were you so desperate to see your pathetic parents again? That's rather selfish isn't it? Dooming the whole world because little Potty wanted to see his parents again.' He says and fake-pouts.
Harry hates himself for it, but feels the anger rage in him everytime someone calls him selfish or mentions his parents. Because he feels selfish, so many people died for him. Although so many people told him nobody died for him, that they died because they wanted to save the world. But Harry never listens, he feels responsible for every single one of them.
'Whatever.' Harry says and quickly walks away, clenching his fists. He promised himself he would not fight psychically with Malfoy, something that is certainly impossible by the looks of it.
If he ever thought the git would've changed after the war, he was wrong.

Drarry; the last horcrux
