Draco swallows hard and sweat drops of his forehead. If it wasn't for Potter, he would never even set a foot near that damned room again. But Draco happened to have seen Potter walk up the stairs to the 7th floor, were the only room where Potter could possibly go the room of requirement is.
Draco isn't sure if potter knows that fiendfyre never dies, the fre will be in that room forever, which is why Draco took Potter to the secret Malfoy room in the first place.

Draco quickens his pace when he notices Potter is already out of sight, and starts to run soon after that.
If potter opens RoR.....

Too late...
Draco freezes when he sees Potter open the big door and steps inside.
He can hear the flames from here, and potters scream isn't exactly soft either.
Draco doesn't hesitate to run straight into the room, knowing that the fire won't do that much damage when he runs quickly through it. Although Potter didn't come far, it feels like 5 kilometers. Draco can barely breath through the thick smoke that has been here for almost a year.
A tiny flame burns a hole trough his robes and Draco coughs a few times, putting a piece of his robes against his mouth and nose to prevent himself from dying.

Luckily, he spots Potter laying unconscious on the ground a few feet away and Draco makes his way over to him as quickly as possible.
With all his strength, he pulls potter on his feet, but he's like a corpse.
Swinging Potter half over his shoulder, Draco makes his way to the door, which closed immediately behind him.
But Draco forgot about the dragon of fire, the source of the fiendfyre.
It swirls trough the sky and Draco spots it in the corner of his eye.
Merlin, he doesn't even believe what he's doing to keep saint Potter alive.
Deep down Draco knows why he puts such effort in it. He simply doesn't want the git to die.
He cares much more for Potter than he likes.

Finally, and without getting attacked by the dragon, they make it to the door and Draco stumbles over his feet. Falling out of the room with Potter on top of him.
Draco lays still for a few minutes, breathing in the fresh air, but he knows he has to bring Potter to the hospital wing.
He stands up sighing and gets his wand out to lift Potter. He isn't planning on getting a hernia of carrying him.

As expected, Pomfrey rushes over to them when she catches sight of the two boys covered in soot.

Everyone knows about the rivalry between them, so Draco isn't suprised when she throws an angry glance at him, before she even asked what happened.

'What happened?' She asks and lays Potter down on a bed.

'That idiot decided it would be a good idea to walk into a room with Fiendfyre.' Draco says tiredly, he just wants to lay down for a second or two.

'Good god, fiendfyre?! Where is this room you're talking about?' Mrs.Pomfrey asks while she mutters cleaning spells over him and Potter.

'Room of Requirement, 7th floor.' He replies and rubs his eyes, falling down on a chair Pomfrey conjured for him.

'I'll have to speak mrs.mcGonagall about this matter, but I can see you need your sleep right now.
To bed mr.Malfoy.' She says and changes his clothes into hospital clothes with a flick of her wand.

'No no no, I can't stay. I'm perfectly fine, really.' Draco tries to convince mrs.Pomfrey, but one glance at the stern look on her face tells him it's useless.
'Fine.' He says yawning and he rubs his puffy eyes.
'But don't tell anyone I brought Potter here. And don't let anyone in to visit until I'm gone please.' He asks Pomfrey with pleading eyes. If somebody find out he saved potters arse again, his cover will be blown.

'I promise. Now drink this potion and sleep.' She says, handing him a colorless potion. A dreamless sleep potion.
