Pulling all his courage together, Harry walks over to Malfoy. Luckily he managed to find the blonde slytherin while he was alone, because he didn't know what he would do if Malfoy's minions where with him.
'Malfoy.'Harry says when he is close enough to the readings Slytherin.
Malfoy sighs irritated and closes his book, leaving his tumb between the pages.
'What is it, potter?' He asks, sounding bored.
'Ineedyourhelp.' Harry quickly says, the words making a big scratch in his ego.
Draco Malfoy is the last person he wants to ask for help, but in this case, it seems like he can't ask another person.'I didn't quite catch that.' the blonde Slytherin says and cocks an eyebrow.
Harry quickly glances around the library, which is luckily completely empty, except for a 'studying' Ron.
'III... Neeeed... youuuur..... heeeelllpp.' Harry repeats slowly, already getting irritated with Malfoy, although he doesn't have a reason. Malfoy is just being too polite, too formal, it's quite scary actually.
'No reason to get you knickers in a twist Potter, what's it?'
Harry raises his eyebrows 'You want to help me?'Draco is the one to get irritated now, bloody Potter and his thick skull. If he didn't want to hear what he had to say he had shood him of already.
'I didn't say that.' He says instead, trying to sound indifferent.
'Mind if I sit down?' Potter asks, nervously fumbling with his fingers.
Draco doesn't answer, but apparently Potter takes that as a yes.
'I wanted to ask you about something that happened in the war.' he starts and Draco gets up.
The war is on the very top of his Things-I-Don't-Want-To-Talk-About-With-My-Nemesis list.
'Nope, I'm not going to listen to your rant about my father and what a bad person I am, Thank you very much.' Draco says angrily, but when he attempts to walk away, Potter grabs his wrist.
He. Grabs. His. Bloody. Wrist.
'Don't fucking touch me!' Draco snaps and quickly pulls his hand away.
'Fine! But I wasn't planning to rant about all that, I just need some information from an insider!'
Potter exclaims.
'An insider huh? What makes you think I'm an insider? I'M NOT A FUCKING DEATH-EATER ANYMORE!' Draco shouts offended, he is sick of all the people who want to talk to him about his father, or the death-eaters. He may have more information about the death-eaters than others, but that doesn't mean he is planning to share it. Most of it is too cruel. Draco isn't like that anymore.
'I didn't mean it like that! I mean, it is a FACT that you were a death-eater, Malfoy. Sorry for breaking it to you, but I believe you switched sides, I just need to know something or freakin' Voldemort will come back again!' Potter says in one breath, sounding almost desperate.
Draco hesitates for a second, but sits down eventually. Maybe this is a chance to feel less guilty about his past. Although he already did something good, he has a feeling that it wasn't enough to make up for his past mistakes, he isn't sure if anything will be enough. All of Potters silly friends would've thrown him his wand if Draco was a second later.
'Alright.' Draco says and fold his arms, looking defiantly at Potter.
