Lexas POV

"Mockery isn't the product of a strong mind, Clarke."
Lexa stated looking deep into Clarke's blue piercing eyes.

"Whatever you say, Ms. Woods."

Lexa clenched her jaw. Of course Clarke had to go there. Clarke was the type if girl who would mock someone if they said that.

"This, is an indefinite lock down. I repeat. This is an indefinite lock down."

In her entire life, Lexa has been a part of several Lock Downs so she knew exactly what to do. Her eyes landed on Clarke who was looking desperatly to all the classroom doors that were shutting quickly.

Lexa reached forward pulling the blonde down the narrow hallways. She ignored all her constant questions and she turned a corner. The last shutting door echoed through the quiet hallways and Lexa let out a sigh.

She stopped pulling open the janitors closet and pushed Clarke inside since she was refusing.

She then shut the door behind her and leaned back against it. Lexa hesitantly locked the door without the blonde even noticing.

Clarke suggested they turn on the lights but she disagreed. She knew Clarke was uncomfortable as much as she was but Lexa didn't care. As long as this girl was safe...

Lexa was lost deep in thought when she got yanked out by a bright light, shining up the stuffy closet.

"Give me that." Lexa hissed. She moved closer to the blue eyed girl and snatched her phone out of her hand without warning.

"Hey!" Clarke said far too loudly.

Lexa looked for somewhere to stash the phone for the moment but she had no pockets. So she just held it firmly in her hand. But that didn't stop her from pressing Clarke back against the wall, setting a hand over her soft lips.

"Be quiet, Clarke." She whispered in a slightly harsh tone. She felt Clarke tense up against her body. She honestly didn't care if she had broken the personal spacer between them. If this was the real deal, then she would do anything to keep Clarke from harms way.

Her breaths were calming unlike the girl in front of hers.

Clarke's were more rapid and deep.

Lexas heart was pounding so hard in her chest and she tried to keep it under control. For some reason, she felt as if Clarke would be able to hear it. But she started to have second thoughts.

After another tense moment, gazing into each others eyes, she hesitantly removed her hand. She didn't break the eye contact. She felt as if they were running out of time. As if this would be the last time she would look into these gorgeous blue orbs.

What the hell was she thinking!

This was her student! Someone in her class! This could not happen. Lexa could lose everything. Her job, the ability to get any other teaching jobs, everything.

Shit.

She realized she was still staring intensely into her eyes. Lexa shook her head slightly.
Her eyes trailed down to the blondes lips that were hidden in the shadows.

The blonde took a deep breath parting her lips to speak. But fortunatly, she beat her too it.

"No, Clarke."

She watched the blonde deeply exhale through her soft plump lips.

"Kiss me."

Lexa struggled for words. Was she actually hearing these words coming out of an 18 year olds mouth? To her teacher? Or was she just so desperatey in love with Clarke that she was imagining it all...

Wait a second...

Lexa thought carefully to herself. Was this love at first sight? Or was she just desperatly trying to get over her old girlfriend so bad, that she was willing to take risks, no matter the cost[ia]s.

[ ignore my lame sense of humor ]

Stop it Lexa. This is wrong. If that's the case, you are doing this for all the wrong reasons.
Lexa thought bitterly to herself.

Clarke wanted her to actually kiss her. A real kiss this time. Not an accident, but a real one. One they could share. and cherish...

But she knew she couldn't.

The brunette was still hopelessly lost for words. There was only one thing that came into her mind... and suddenly, she said it.

"Screw the wrong reasons." She softly mumbled and she heard Clarke question "what?" But she had blocked everything out, and she connected their lips.
