Bellamy POV
-
-
"Hey Clarke! Wait up!" It was after school, and the older boy had seen Clarke exiting the building with a sheet in her hand.

"What's that?" He asked, now walking alongside her.

"It's a transfer sheet." She grumbled. In reality, all she wanted to do was go home, open a box of chocolates, and turn on a sappy romance movie.
Nah who is she kidding. All she wanted to do was crack open a romance novel. Movies aren't really her thing.

"Oh for what class?" Bellamy wanted to ask Clarke out again, but she seemed to be annoyed with his presence...

"Lex-- I mean Ms. Woods' class, Bellamy. She's just... not meeting my expectations."

"What expectations--"

"Look Bellamy. I have a lot to do today. What do you want."
In her head, all Clarke could think was 'Leave me the fuck alone.' Shit she just wanted to go home!

"Jeez okay, uh," Bellamy began.
"I wanted to see if you would come with me to dinner tonight--"

"Sure just text me where to meet you and I'll see you there." And in a flash of blonde hair, Clarke was out the front doors and out of sight.

Little did Bellamy know that she rushed out so quickly all because she saw her favorite teacher, at the end of the hall.

Lexas POV
-
-
"Oh hey, Lexa!"

Goddammit.

She had hoped Bellamy hadn't seen her. But apparently he had and was now jogging down the hall towards her.

"Can't talk! Very busy!" Was Lexas response as she grabbed the doorknob to a random classroom but unfortunately it was locked, and unfortunately, Bellamy had caught up to her already.

"Lexa!" He repeated apparently out of breath from running one end of the hall to the other.

"Yes Bellamy?"

"So why weren't you meeting Clarke's expectations?" He questioned stepping closer.

Lexa huffed. "Is that really what Ms. Griffin told you?"

The boy narrowed his eyes nodding slowly.

"Well I'm not surprised she feels that way."

Bellamy placed his hands on his hips pressing his lips together in a straight line. "Oh yeah? Why's that."

"Bellamy do you expect me to explain myself to you? You can't expect anything from me. I mean I don't even know you." She furrowed her brows.

"Yeah but--"

"No buts Bellamy."

"Okay however--"

"No buts, howevers, althoughs, just no Bellamy." She repeated sternly.

"Fine fine." He sighed shaking his head. He moved some of his plastered hair on his forehead off of his eyes and he then turned and began to walk down the hall the way to the exit of the school.

And Lexa let out out a deep breath of relief.
