Lexas POV
-
-
Lexa hadn't even noticed someone burst through the bathroom door. But she did hear the short rapid breaths and she saw someone from the corner of her eye... with blonde hair... Clarke?! Was she seriously stalking her or something? Just when Lexa had tried to forget about what happened in class earlier, this girl decides to run into her thoughts and disrupt her compleatly.
Lexa turned to face the girl who was not even looking her in the eyes. "Clarke." She was slightly shocked but this was the students restroom. She shouldn't be surprised that Clarke had shown.
What are you doing here?
She wanted to ask. Such a stupid question. This was the restroom! She had to get this through her head of hers! People come in here! This isn't a secret restroom for early twenty year old lesbians!
That wasn't even the point. Clarke seemed distracted. Too distracted...
She wasn't staring at her face at all. She was staring at the top half of her body. The blondes eyes scanned as if trying to memorize every single detail. Suddenly Lexa was feeling slightly uncomfortable, just at the thought of Clarke checking her out.
"Clarke," the brunette cleared her thought setting her blouse down on the counter. "Clarke eyes up here." She called over to the girl who was still gazing at her.
Bang!
The door swung open.
And hit Clarke from behind.
Then the blonde ended up sprauled on the white tiled bathroom floor.
"Clarke!" Ms. Woods rushed to her aid and started to help her up as a boy maybe around her age looked down at them.
This boy introduced himself as Bellamy, Octavia's older brother. Ms. Woods introduced herself as Lexa.
The blonde made a snarky comment about how Bellamy had the authority to call her Lexa but Clarke did not.
Was Clarke seriously complaining about that? Lexa forced herself not to laugh out bitterly. Once she rose to her feet, along with the blonde, she stepped away towards her blouse and turned the water off.
She couldn't help but easdrop on the twos' conversation. This boy by the looks of it, liked Clarke more than a friend.
Lexa clenched her jaw. She didnt know why she cared so much. There was just a twisted feeling in the pit of her stomach, and her heart was pounding. Wait a second... was this jealousy? The girl could hardly believe it. How long has it been since she had felt this feeling...
two years...
The thing is, Lexa didn't want to feel this way. She got jealous when Costia got hit on by a bunch of men and women, and Lexa told the off.
-
Costia would just laugh.
God... Lexa fell in love with Costia all over again when she heard her soft gentle laugh.
"You're so cute when you're jealous, Lexa." Costia would say with a warm smile.
Lexa would just wrap her arms around Costia and pull her closer. "You're mine." She would tell her. "I don't like sharing."
Costia would look Lexa in the eyes. "Well Lexa you'll have to when we have children." Her girlfriend would say giving Lexa a kiss on the cheek.
The brunette would just smile at her beautiful girlfriend. "And I can't wait until that day."
-
Lexa was staring into space and she hadn't e g end noticed that tears we're slowly sliding down her face.
"Lexa could you give us a moment please?" She heard faintly.
"Lexa?"
Lexa blinked the rest of the tears that were starting to form, out of her green eyes.
Her vision drifted over to the two who stared at her expectantly and curiously. Her eyes landed on the blonde who stared at her concern.
"Are you crying?" The girl asked standing extremely close to the male.
Lexas guard returned. She wiped her tear stained cheeks and she grabbed her blouse in one shift move.
"I want your homework on my desk by the end of the week Clarke." The girl said emotionlessly as she started to storm pass the two.
The boy moved aside obviously sensing that something was wrong. But he chose wisely not to ask.
"Wait a minute, you didn't give me any homework." Clarke called after her.
Without facing her Lexa answered. "Write me an essay on today's lesson." She realized her tone was slightly harsh but she wanted to get out of there.
As she edited the bathroom, she heard the male speak.
"I wanna take you out on a date." He said.
When Lexa was left standing in the hall, she noticed the male had taken Clarke's hands in his own and then the door swung closed, not allowing her to see how Clarke would respond.
[ hey guys I apologize if this chapter is slightly depressing. Something happened between me and someone before I went to bed and I'm not in the happiest mood at the moment. But enjoy ]
