Following the death of her brother, the disappearance of her father and her unstable mother Belle fell into a pit of grief and depression which she buries under drug and alcohol abuse. Society has labeled her many things causing her to feel worthless until she finds someone who had suffered in similar ways, together they come to terms with who they really are and find the courage to face their demons.

In this book there will also be references to drug use and I completely support the recreational and medicinal use of marijuana.
There is mature content in this novel (although not very detailed), there will be chapters containing sexual material.
