I sigh sleepily as I open my eyes a fraction, I spread out on the bed like a starfish. I melt into the soft bed sheets as I inhale Josh's familiar sent. I flop my arm around so it lands with a thud next to me, the emptiness causing me to open my eyes and blink in the sunlight that is streaming through the curtain-less windows.
I find myself smirking, with what we've done on here I wonder how many people were watching? I shake my head laughing quietly to myself that I nor Josh could give two fucks. I sit up and my eyes go to a very familiar looking duffel bag, walking towards it I unzip it with great interest.
I smile as I pull out one of my more delicate pair of longeray, selecting a simple white dress I make my way towards the bathroom. Where I have a quick shower, washing away my worries as I try and imagine them to be floating down the drain. Stepping out of the shower I slip on the dainty, white, lacy bra and panties. Next I pull on the two piece dress, the skirt begins above my belly button and flows down to mid thigh, the top is strapless and leave a few inches between the skirt and itself, three quarter sleeves that begin at the top of the top piece. I smile at my freshly showered completion and chose to just brush out my hair and leave it down.
I open up a window and stick my arm outside to ensure that it is indeed warm enough and I nod in approval as I slip on my blue worn out chucks that are almost in pieces. I smile at I look down at them, just how I think them, well-lived.
I smile warmly at Sunny as he turns his head towards me, him and Josh are seated at the kitchen bench however Josh is too absorbed in his fruit loops to notice I have walked into the room.
Sunny gives my outfit a once over, his face scrunching into confusion, "why are you all dressed up? Got somewhere to be?"
As he addressed me Josh turned around his eyes lighting up as they locked with mine. He sends me a boyish grin as he holds up a bowl of fruit loops, "good morning Florence, care for a bowl of cereal?"
I smile and nod my head, "yes please."
I sit down beside Sunny, he shakes his head, "aren't you guys a little to old to eat fruit loops?"
I raise my eyebrows at his marmite on toast, "you can't be serious? You're never too old for fruit loops! And they're better than toast by a mile."
Josh slides a bowl across the bench in my direction and it easily glides into my hands. He nods his head in agreement, "I completely agree."
I smile smugly at Sunny, "see."
He rolls his eyes but I catch a glimpse of a smile on his face. "Yeah whatever, I'm going to visit a possible buyer and review the operations in Auckland."
"What's the time then?" I ask looking up at Sunny.
He checks his phone and mumbles, "eight twenty."
I continue to eat my cereal as the men discuss operations. Finishing the last spoonful I stood up and washed my plate before going back into Josh's room to retrieve my phone and wallet.
Sunny looks at me questionably, "oh so you are going out the then?"
I nod as I turn my attention to Josh, "yeah, I'm going to go for a walk. Maybe buy some malteasers."
