After washing my hair and getting changed into the clothes Mason gave me, I made my way down stairs to finally meet his family.
I walk down the cool stone stairs, wishing I had a pair of possum socks with me. I reach the bottom and follow the noise of people into the large open planned kitchen, dinning and living area. The kitchen was made up of white marble and various modern furnishings. Stools lined the bench, four of which were occupied with boys of different ages but all had blond hair looking into the kitchen egarly. The dinning room had a long, clear, glass table that was void of any people. I turned my attention to the lounge where most of the noise was concentrated. A large white 'L' shaped couch took up the majority of the large space, facing towards perhaps one of the biggest televisions I've ever seen, (no wonder Mason doesn't need one in his room). The glass doors were pulled back giving the room an amazing indoor- outdoor flow. Three more boys with blond hair were sitting on the couch. Two of which were taking part in what I could tell an intense match of 'Call of Duty.' The other blond boy was staring daggers at the only boy with brown hair in the room and quite possibly the house. Mason.
I put on a warm, friendly smile as I cleared my throat to gather some attention to myself so I could introduce myself. All heads turned around to look at me, all smirking at me except Max and Mason. "Umm, well. My name's Belle," I stuttered and waved nervously at every one.
Then from in the kitchen out came a very beautiful woman with dark brown hair that hung mysteriously just past her shoulders. She also had dark brown eyes, she must be Mason's mum. She pulls me into a hug which I awkwardly return. Once she pulls away and she says, "you must be Belle." She smiles warmly at me, "I'm Mrs Davis but you can call me Jane."
I smile back, "It's nice to meet you Jane, you can call me Belle."
One of the boys I recognize as the one to intrude on our argument snickers. Jane turns around to him, "be quiet Jack, don't be rude." She sends a disapproving glare towards Jack then walks past me towards the stairs. "Dinner will be ready soon Belle, make yourself comfortable I'm just going to get Richard,"she calls over her shoulder.
I look towards the couch but I don't feel like dealing with Max and Mason right now so I sit at one of the remain stools, which happens to be in the middle of the four boys. The boy to my left looks to be the same age as me, he looks identical to Max in every way, except his eyes are a few shades lighter and have flecks of red in them. He leans towards me and puts out his hand, I shake it firmly. "I'm Sam, Max's twin."
I smile politely and pull my hand away to play with my hair nervously, "I'm Belle."
He nods, "I'm well aware of who you are Belle." He smirks, "thought you could get away with fucking both Mason and my brother?" He stops to look me up and down and his eyes lit up in reconization, "you're the new girl Max has a thing for, you're pretty well known in school by now aren't you." He see's my look of confusion so he continued. "The girl that when she's pissed with fuck anything that moves."
A look of horror spread across my face. "How do you know that?" I demand.
He smirks, "you really don't remember me, do you?" He says faking a hurt tone, "you said I was the best you've had that night."
The sad thing is I didn't even know if he was joking or not. "Do you have any STI's I should know about then," I ask calmly.
He burst out laughing. "Max, I like this one," he yells into the lounge. "You better watch out I might fuck her too."
I smile in relief and slap him on the shoulder, playfully. "You're going to have to get me a drink first."
We both break into fits of laughter. Then he looks at me seriously, "do you want a drink then?"
