I still remember the day Damian and I went out together to bring Tiger home. If you just got to know Damian, you wouldn't think of him as a criminal. He's such a sweet guy.
Do you hear yourself talking?
I know I know. He's a murderer. But I can't help who I fall in love with. But what's worse is that I'm in love with two men. And I know very well that I can't have Damian for many reasons.
I looked down at the charm bracelet that Evan had given me and then the one that Damian had given me which wasn't even full of charms yet. What if Damian wasn't a criminal? What if we were meant to be?
"Ok, are you ready Nadia?" Asked Ezra.

"Yes, let's do this." I said.

I still remember what my brother Ethan told me.
I started walking out away from the car and towards Josh and Damian who were a little bit farther away than I thought. I took a quick glance behind me and saw that Evan was instructed to stay back with the two mean in a suit and tie and Ezra. The men in the ICA uniform and guns were walking behind me. One on my left side, one on my right side and one right behind me holding me at gunpoint. We want to make it look like the officials "caught me" and that now they're after Damian.
Every step I took my heart skipped a beat.
Every step I took I knew brought me closer to Damian being taken away from me forever.
Every step I took to get closer to Damian, was actually taking us farther a part.
This was it. I was close enough for him to notice me. I inhaled a shaky breath and looked at him in fear of what his reaction would be. Josh was immediatly taken into custody by one of the ICA officials. Damian looked at me with fear, concern, worry, and despair.
I could read his eyes, 'It's all my fault, I'm sorry.' they said. When in reality this is all cause of me. In reality I'm not the one who's going to be taken in to custody, you are. Damian Knight.
"Put your hands up." Said the official on my right side. The one on my left had taken Josh and the one behind me still had me at gun point and my hands were still up.
