Memory Jar

"There goes the 52nd memory." you said as put the paper in your memory jar.

"Ugh.. now can I see it?" Shawn asked you for the twentieth time.

"Uhm.. no!" you replied.

"Why not?" Shawn questioned.

"Just because there are some memories which are embarrassing but still they are one of my best"you said.  

"Oh c'mon... please?" Shawn said making a puppy face.

"Please! No!" you said, holding onto it.

And he made another puppy face.

After almost half an hour of arguing, you decided that he could only pick out five of those memories.

"13th memory" Shawn said unfolding a piece of paper. "The day I went on a firefly hunt with my best friend Shawn." he read aloud. "Seriously?!" he said looking up.

"I told you..." you replied.

"Anyways... Today, was quite an exciting day as Shawn and I went on a firefly hunt. We found many but then Shawn insisted on let going them as they would be away from their families... Aww I was such a cute kid... Dated: 28/03/08" he continued.

"Ya ya whatever..."

"Lets go onto another one" Shawn said taking out another piece of paper.

"27th memory... The day Shawn and I wrote silly songs and sung them... Wait, I actually remember that one."

"Ya, but it's silly though" you said.

"Roses are red, Violets are blue, God made me pretty, what happened to you?" Shawn said and both of you laughed like maniacs.

"Actually that's what I wrote... So you are laughing on yourself Mendes" you said.

"This shit is funny" he replied. "Dated: 06/02/12" 

"Let's go on..." he said unfolding another memory.

"6th memory" Shawn announced. "The day I met Shawn... Isn't this jar quite old?" he questioned.

"Yea, I kind of remember like I made this thing when I was 7 or 8..." you answered.

"Today, was one of the happiest days of my life. I met a guy named Shawn. He's is so cute and he can also sing very well. Today, I played tag with him too. Miss Rose said that he can be my partner in our Old age home visit. I am so happy!" he read in one go.

"Well, that's embarrassing" you said almost blushing.

"Oh, I see! someone was falling for me ever since we met" Shawn said making a face. "Dated: 05/09/07" 

"Whatever.. two more to go.." you said.

"42nd memory" he said. "The time Shawn asked me out for prom." he continued.

"I bet you don't want to read that one..." you said blushing hard.

"No, this seems interesting." he replied.

"OMG ASDFGHJKL I can't believe what happened today!! You were literally fangirling over me? Weren't you?" he said winking.

"Can you please finish this thing already..." you begged.

" Today, when I was in the drama class, Shawn came up to me. He had daisies in his hand and I was literally clueless about what he was doing. But then he asked mE TO PROM! I WAS LITERALLY JUMPING!! I Can't express how happy I am today!!" he read.

"I just met another fan today" Shawn said smirking. "Dated: 02/11/14"

"Shut up!" you said. "Last memory... quick"

"okay okay... 48th memory..." Shawn said aloud.

"No! That one is weird... quite weird I guess.." you said.

"I love weirdness !"he replied.

"The day Shawn kissed me for the first time! W-What? You keep track of our kisses too?" Shawn said.

"Told ya..." you replied.

"Anyways... I want to read this. It was a bright sunny day and birds were chirping. Everything was pleasant. Shawn and I have decided to go to an amusement park. We were in the photo booth clicking photo, when Shawn kissed ME! For a split second it was awkward but then I kissed him back. It was so cute!! Plus then, our first kiss was captured on the camera! Gawd, he was blushing so hard when we got out! I LOVE HIM SO MUCH!!" Shawn read in one go. "Wait, was I blushing SO hard?"

"hahahaha yea" you replied.

"No! I wasn't" he exclaimed.

"Yes"

"No"

"Yes Mendes! You were!!"

"Okay... let's see who blushes now" Shawn said before pulling you closer...

Sorry if this one sucked because I only have slept for like 6 hours in 2 days... AND,I literally swear this sounded better inside my head!!!
