Hospital

You walked down to the garden, just to breathe in some fresh air. The smell of the hospital terrified you. 

Your best friend was in there so you couldn't resist but be with her every moment. She was really unwell and you didn't want to see her like that. You sat on a bench, tears simultaneously rolled down your cheeks.

Someone else too was sitting beside you in frustration and panic. You didn't look at him but you could sense it.  

You couldn't not even think of loosing your best friend... she was the only one who you'd really talk to. You felt really unpleasant and awful for her. 

As you were thinking the person beside you offered a tissue and you obviously took it. Your hands were all wet and you really needed it.

"Y/N?" he spoke.

"Shawn? What are you doing here?" you asked, surprised. 

He explained how Aaliyah got hurt she was at her school and his parents were on a business trip. You too explain how you ended up in here.

He got a call from his best friend and excused himself for a minute.

"Jason is a real good friend. Ya know." he said.

"Hmm.." you replied.

"You must be thinking like he's a careless person and he  is always pissed off at something or the other and he also talks so rudely but he is a real friend! He was there with me for three whole days... Just like you are a good friend." 

"Uhm, how do you know I'm a good friend it's only been like a week since I met you." you replied.

"I mean, you are here because of your best friend only." he said. You smiled.

You both talked for a bit. You realised your hair was all messed up and you made a pony tail. Leaving a strand of your hair loose.

All this time, Shawn was gazing at you. He came close and tucked that strand of hair behind your ear. He leaned in further more. 

'No  Y/N, don't! It's been only a week since you meet this guy.' you thought but you couldn't resist. He almost closed his eyes and you did the same. But you realised you shouldn't and you came back to reality. Loosing the spark of the moment.

Both of you blushed staring at  the stars.
