Chapter 49

Gerard's P.O.V.

We get in the car and take off to Pennsylvania. I know her parents are not gonna be very happy with her, main the fact that they now hate me, after a mistake that wasn't even my fault. They probably aren't gonna let me see her for a long time, but hey, at least we are getting along again, at least. 

"Babe can you turn the heat off, its really hot in here now." Brook says. I turn off the heat, and grab her hand and hold it. 

"Anything for you, my love." I say to her. We are almost back at her parents house, and I'm a little bit scared on what her brother and dad might do to me. When we get there, I was in for no surprise. 

"What the fuck are you doing here?" Her brother walks up to the car and gets the baby and his carrier out of my car, and hands him off to Brook and his mom. Brook gets out of the car, and tries to talk to her now raging with anger brother. 

"Wayne calm down, we settled things out, it wasn't his fault." She tries to say to him, but he doesn't budge. Instead he comes right up to the driver side window and talks to me. 

"Gerard hear me now and listen good. Go back to wherever you came from and DO NOT come back, or I will not hesitate to kill you, got that? Leave now." He says to me. I nod, but Brook gets back in the car before I leave and she grabs my phone, and puts a number in it, it must be her new number. She kisses me on the cheek and says goodbye before I leave her again. 

"I love you Brooklyn." I say to her, pecking her lips.

"I love you too, Gerard." She says, before getting out of my car. I speed off as soon as she gets out and I go straight back to my apartment, but little does she know that I'm finding a house in California, and I'm bringing my fiance and children back with me.

Brook's P.O.V.

Gee just left me again, but this time he had no choice. I put my number in his phone, so we can still communicate. I lost him twice, and I am NOT gonna lose him again. He needs to be here for his kids as well as I do, and he wants to be there for them too. But at least we both said I love you before he was forced to leave. 

"Brooklyn, why the fuck did you let him come here? We would've came to get you and the baby, if you wanted us too." My brother bitched.

"Well, you can't stop me from seeing him. I'm old enough to make my own decisions. I have 3 kids, and I'm working on getting a job. You aren't going to stop me or my kids from seeing him!" I shout right back.

"Watch me, I will!" He yells back.

"No you fucking won't! There is nothing you can do to stop me, he made a mistake, and he realizes that. It wasn't even his fault for fucks sake! Mom and dad don't seem to care if he's around, they seem to have forgave him, right mom and dad?" I scream.

"That's right, you can't keep grudges forever." My dad says.

"I forgive him too, everyone makes mistakes, and he seems to have learned and attempted to fix it, and with that attempt, he managed to get back who he loves most." My mom says. With this, my brother has had enough, so he storms back into the house and screams, waking the girls and Gee Jr up. Serry comes to me crying and holding her little stuffed animal, from being woken up from her nap.

"Thanks jackass! You woke up your nieces and nephew!" I scream into the house. I pick up my daughter and lay her down in my room, and grab her sister and lay her down as well, and rock Jr back to sleep, and lay him in the bassinet in my room. 

"Mom, dad, I hate doing this, but I'm moving in with Lyn-z. She has room for me and the kids, I can't even deal with my brother anymore. If he is gonna act like that because I got back with Gee then I don;t want him being near my kids because I don't need them being around a lot of screaming, you know?" I say, going into the living room with my parents.

"You know what Brook, that's okay, because as you said earlier you can make your own decisions, you an adult now. I'll help you pack up. Call or text Lyn-z to make sure its okay." My mom says.

"Okay, I'll do that now." I say. I text Lyn-z and she says its fine and that she will clear out the spare rooms. I go and pack up all of my stuff, including all of the pictures Gee drew me from when we were young.

It didn't take me that long to pack, since I had my mom and dad helping, and I still had a lot of stuff still packed that I just never got around to unpacking. Lyn-z comes very quickly and helps me load into her car, all the clothes and stuff, we'll come back for the bigger stuff later. My parents are gonna watch the kids for a while until me and Lyn-z get settled in.

"Just so you know, Gerard is welcome at any time. As a matter of fact, call him right now. He can help us unpack while we go get the rest of the stuff." She says as we get to the house.

"Lyn-z he's probably already at his house." I say to her. She nods in an understanding tone. Just as we get to the house, Gee calls. 

"Hey baby" I answer.

"Hey babe, how does Cali sound? I got us a 6 bedroom in Cali... Are you up for that?" He asks me.

"Yes! That's great! I am currently moving in with Lyn-z. Me and the kids." I say.

"Did you unpack yet?"

"No." 

"Great. Don't unpack, I'm on my way with a U-Haul trailer. Give the phone to Lyn-z." 

"Okay. Lindsey gimme your phone so I can tell my parents to bring the kids over. Also Gee wants to talk to you. We switch phones and I text my parents, who are now on their way with my kids.
