Chapter 7:
I woke the next morning to my phone ringing. I rolled over and groaned. It was only 6:30 who the fuck is calling me?
I didn't exactly feel like getting up, so I tried to let it go. Whoever it was hung up, and then called back. Angrily I got up from the bed, grabbed my phone, and headed into the bathroom so I wouldn't wake Kian.
"Hello?"
"Hailey! Its Kia, me and Jc are in the hospital here with Jayce."
That's right! She had Jayce last night!
"Video chat. Now!" With that I hung up and ran for my laptop.

"Hailey, my mom wants to know what you want for dinner."
I shrugged and thought for a minute.
"Lasagna?"
Kian nodded and ran downstairs quickly to inform his mother. We still hadn't told his mom about the baby yet. I was honestly terrified. Mostly because I didn't know how his family were going to react. I mean they were all really nice, but what if the news they were going to get changed that. I sighed and got up off the bed, and I began to make my way downstairs.
At the bottom of the steps I saw Kian standing at the front door talking to someone. I was curious, so I stayed silent right where I was. Then he pulled the person in for a hug. Whoever it was had long, blonde, curly hair, and tan skin. I didn't even see her face yet, and I knew she was prettier than me.
"Come on inside. Mom's in the kitchen, and I'll be right back. There's someone here with me I want you to meet."
He was introducing me to this girl? Who even was she? As Kian shut the front door I quickly ran back to our room and laid back on the bed. Just seconds after I laid back down the door opened and Kian walked in.
"Hello gorgeous, there's someone downstairs I'd like you to meet."
I smiled and nodded at him. Time to find out who this mystery girl was.
I followed Kian down the stairs, into the kitchen, and over to a table where we sat down next to the girl. I was right, she's WAY prettier than I am. Prettier than ill ever be.
Aside from her curly blonde hair and tan skin she had blue eyes, and flawless skin. I couldn't really find anything wrong with her. Not even her body. She was skinny and had long smooth legs.
I was brought back to reality by Kian gently nudging my shoulder."Babe?"
"Hmm?" I asked taking my eyes off the girl to look at Kian.
"I said, this is my old friend Charlotte."
"Hello Charlotte, nice to meet you!" I said extending my hand.
Charlotte smiled before taking my hand and shaking it."Hello love, you can call me Char."
"Char, I love your hair by the way. My name is Hailey."
She smiled and thanked me before engaging a conversation with Kian. That's where I began to daydream, and disappear in my thoughts.
*ω*
Kian and I were laying in bed that night when I realized something."So Kian...when are we going to tell your family about the baby?"
Kian looked down at me with a smile on his face. He. Began to rub my belly as he talked.
"I was thinking, maybe tomorrow over breakfast?"
I honestly didn't really want to. Turns out Charlotte was staying overnight, and I just had a funny feeling about her. I just didn't quite know what it was, but she is his friend and I have to respect that.
I nodded and cuddled closer to him. Letting all my thoughts and worries disappear. The only thing I wanted to think about was our family.
I smiled as Kian kissed my forehead, and continued to rub my belly. He was gonna be a good dad, and I can't wait for our baby to be here.
Finally I fell asleep listening to the sound of rain hitting the window, Kian's heart beat, and the feeling of being in his arms while he rubbed my belly. It was absolutely perfect.
