Eight years ago....
"Get sexy now."
Aine slammed through my front door and stood in front of me hands on her hips. A friend since we were nine years old, we had been through thick and thin together, so much so she followed me to America and found a job here once I finished college.
She stood in front of me now in a high necked bodycon royal blue dress that dipped at the rear to show half of her back and clung like a second skin. Her nude heels were high and simple but in a sexy way.
"Excuse me?" I asked looking up from my book. She glanced down at her phone then back and me and snapped her finger at me.
"Go. You have an hour and we're off" she shuffled impatiently while raising her eyebrows expectantly at me.
"Off where?" I still hadn't moved from my position lying out on the couch, something I could see was started to annoy Aine. She rolled her eyes while pulling me from the sofa.
"Drinking, dancing and hopefully meet some fine ass men. You have tomorrow and the next day off and I intend for you to live wildly because you never fucking do and you need to." She gave me a slight shove towards my bedroom.
"Now go, tiny black dress, heels, make up and hair and we're off" she clapped her hands together.

"Knock those back you" Aine yelled over the music in the bar while handed me two shots of tequila. It was an hour and a half later and we were in a packed to the brim local club. The athmosphere was amazingly alive. Music blasted from speakers around the room and a dance floor took up the middle while tables and sofa couches scattered along the walls that weren't the bar.
Glancing around me as I threw the shots back my throat I wondered how I had let myself be talked into this. We had pre-drank before leaving the house so I could feel the warmth of the drink settling into me. As the night went on I lost myself in the music and dancing.
"I'm grabbing a drink you want anything?" I yelled at Aine over the music to only get a slight shake of the head indicating no. Turning I made my way to the bar on slightly unsteadly feet.
"Well if it isn't nurse Millie" drawled a male voice from the booth to my left. It took me a second of staring blankly at the men sitting there before my drunken mind caught up with the present.
"Buck!" a smile broke out across my face. He grinned back at me."how are you feeling?"
"On a scale of one to ten?" He laughed, "are you always a nurse?" He grinned at me. I laughed goofily back at him.
"They taught me well back home. Always assess your patients" I tried for a stern look that failed miserably in my drunken state.  A few of the men at the table smirked at me.
"Have a seat love" one of them said trying to slide over. "Names Dec". Bucks eyes cut to the man who spoke, someone I had never seen before. I nodded in agreement. Taking a step forward but I stilled at the sound of a voice right behind me.
"No."
His voice slid through you like whiskey, warming its way down. I turned to look at the man named Cut who had been in the hospital that one day. He took his gaze from the man who had spoken to stare down at me from his impressive height which towered over me regardless of my heels.
"What?" I asked but he didn't reply, taking my hand he led me from the bar to a bike outside. Before getting on he swung me around so that we were chest to chest, nose to nose.
"How shit faced are you?" He asked and I blinked.
"What?" I asked stupidly. He narrowed his eyes at me.
"How fucked up are you? Pissed? How drunk are you?" He asked.
"I'm fine"I answered him. He tilted his head to the left in an extremely sexy and unconscious move.
"So if I take you with me right now to fuck you senseless all night long, you're going to remember every second in the morning?" He demanded but I couldn't answer because I suddenly couldn't breathe. Heat coursed its way through me at such a fast speed I thought my knees would give out under me.
"Please" I whimpered and it took me a second to realise I had actually responded like that. But he gave me no chance to feel embarrassed because before I knew it I was on the back of his Harley with my arms wrapped right around his waist.
Riding off on his bike, a bit over slightly drunk, I never would have guested that, that night, outside on his bike when I whispered the word 'please' would be the night that started it all.
