MACKENZIE
"Hey guys!" I said.
No response. They walk to me.
"What are y'all doing?" Mary comes closer, Emily joins her. "Guys?" They jump. I fall. Black to darkness. Lying there, close to death, and I hear something. Is it stomping? No, no. Wait, I know this, it's humming. I know this song...I wake up, my back and neck are very sore from how I'd been sleeping.
I looked over at Emma, who was still driving the ship. She was humming.... Oh! Best Day of My Life! It's a song we were playing in band before... all of this.
I joined in. Ba-da/da/da-da. Da/da. We didn't sing the lyrics, we didn't know them. Just how we play it in band. With "Ba's" and "Da's".
Once the song was over, we both laughed. "How long have we been in the air?" I ask.
"About... 75 minutes. We are almost there. Look! You can just make out Gyude!" Emma said.
I looked in front of me, and could. She out a faint image of Gyude. It's smaller than I thought, and it's green. With less hints of purple than before. That one guy we first met must be taking care of it.
MARY
Emily and I asked a few more questions, then went back to our house. I was suddenly a lot more tired than I thought I was. I belly flopped onto my bed, with out changing into pajamas.
"Holy crap! Hold on a second!" I heard Emily say. "How could I forget?" She reached somewhere, I didn't see where, and only opened my eyes to see her holding a piece of paper on her bed.
"The freaking prophecy! We can plan out our battle by seeing what else is in here! Now, where did I leave off? Oh! Here it is! The three are immune to purple gases. What?!" She ripped off her mask, and so did I. I let in a big breath, like I had been holding my breath for a long time without knowing it.
"We're gonna need to tell this to Jack tomorrow! But for now, let's continue." She adds. I close my eyes, and lay down, half asleep.
"Wait. What happened? They're all blank! What happened to the rest?A/N ohh! Cliffhanger! And super freaking short! Don't worry, I'll update soon, I just wrote this all on the bus, so I didn't have much time and I wanted to go ahead and update! Why do you thing they're blank???
