The sister i never knew

Chapter Four: 5 Years later...

Shimmers Prov:

"Mommy!" I yell running to our training ground. 

I'd been training with my mother the power dragon Eclipa ever since she felt i was old enough which was when i was two years old. It was a struggle to learn Dragon slayer magic but it came naturally to me and it made me proud because then my mother and i were able to have battles together to test how my magic power was growing.

"Hello my dear, ready to do some more training?" Eclipa says to me as she sees me coming.

"Well actually I was wondering if we could go to town and buy some new clothes, you see mine are a little tight on me now." I say batting my eyelashes at her.

"What a good idea you've been training all day so yes why don't you go and buy some new dresses" She replies looking at me. 

"YAY!" I yell smiling at her.

I rearly get to go out because she is scared that people will try and take me away from her but I know in my heart that it won't happen because i've met other dragons with children over the years. It was a fun experience because we were able to battle and then correct our battle styles because most of the dragons had different fighting skills. For example Igneel the Fire Dragon liked to attack his opponent full force just like his son Natsu. Grandine the Sky Dragon liked to use her sneak attack to lure her pray closer to her and then attack and her daughter Wendy who was only little at the time i'm sure will follow in her wake. And finally Metalicana liked so use his iron sword to fight which he claimed was one of his strongest attacks and Gajeel liked to think that too.

"Before you go my dear please take this necklace." she said attaching it around my neck

"wow...." I said looking at it.

"Please always keep this on because it will help to protect you, its one of my own scales so my heart will always be with you." Eclipa said looking at me. There was something different in her voice but i couldn't tell what it was.

"Ok mom don't worry i won't be gone too long." I say smiling at her. 

I run off into town and find a dress makers and get a couple of dresses made for me. I love watching the magic they use to make dresses that suit every person based on their personality. 

"Arigato ma'am." I say smiling at the dress maker and his wife. 

"Of corse my dear please come again." They say smiling at me.

As i run home there is something strange in the air and i start to get a little nervous but then as i reach our training grounds. 

"mom?..." I shout looking around the barren field.

"MOM WHERE ARE YOU?!" I shout at the top of my lungs. 

She has never been away when I come back from town before but I sit down and wait. The longer i wait the more nervous i become. I look around the sky and notice that the air seams dead. 

"mommy......" I say as the tears well up in my eyes. 

It was the year X777.

The year all the dragons.....
