Chapter Thirty-Three: Help From Friends

No Ones Prov:

The young Mage walked out of the Heartfilia Estate and got on the first train back to Magnolia. The Young girl looked out of the window and wondered how the girl was doing and if she would manage to make a contract with all the keys, she looked down and saw her feline companion sitting on her lap silently and Shimmer then knew that she was also upset that they couldn't say goodbye correctly to the Young Heartfilia girl. She sent a message back to the guild to say she would be coming back that day and decided that she would stop off at the shop to buy some things for her new room.

Shimmer's Prov:

Jade and I step off the train and walk along the streets of Magnolia looking for a art supply shop. We find one and I buy a mixed selection of paint to decorate my new room. I also buy some snacks for us to eat while we paint.

"Thanks for helping me to carry these Jade." I say to her as we walk back to the guild hall.

"Its no problem Shimmer, will I be able to stay there with you?" Jade asks with a look of worry on her face.

"Yeah and i'll buy you a new bed too." I say and we walk into a deluxe pet shop.

Jade and I look around and find a beautiful hanging bed but it won't match our room so we find another one which was designed for the floor and it was a wooden basket with a blanket and pillow to go with it and we bought one that had a star pattern over it. We buy it and walk out of the shop back to the guild hall.

"Were back everyone!" I shout as we walk inside.

"SHIMMER!" people shout as we walk in.

"Hey can you all help us with something please?" I ask to my friends.

"Sure what is it?" Natsu asks.

"Come follow me and i'll show you." I say and lead them all up to my room.

They all follow me up the dusty stairs and then into my room. They look around and some of them cough because of all the dust. I walk over and open the window which lets a lot of the dust out and the fresh air in.

"You mean this is where your staying from now on?" Natsu says looking around.

"Yeah Gramps said that I could stay here because I didn't have anywhere to stay. He also said that this is the First Master's room. Do you know what her name is?" I ask because I never did find out.

"Her name was Mavis Vermillion." Erza says pulling some large pieces of cloth off from the furniture in the room.

"Mavis Vermillion..." I say and then we all start to clean.

It took us all day to get all the dust out of the room and make sure that everything is clean. I keep everything the way it is because I love how it all looks. The walls are a mint green colour and the wood floor is dark brown now that its free from dust. As they all start to leave I put the paint into the pallet that I bought from the art supply store. 

"What are you doing Shimmer I thought you were keeping the walls the way they are?" Erza asks me.

"I am but I wanted to re-paint this picture. Its been ruined because of all the years of dust so I wanted to fix it." I say and start mixing colours to paint over it.  

"You can paint then?" Master says walking into my room. He looks around and smiles. "You have re-done this room very well my children." He continues and then looks at the colours. "Please continue i'll just be watching my dear." He says and stands there watching me.

I hold my paint brush and start on the people at the back who are Precht, Warrod and Yuri. I make sure to finish one before starting another one. Then I paint the other girl next to Mavis, she is very pretty and has short brown hair. I then look outside and see that its starting to get dark so I place a cover over my paints so they won't dry out. I then stand on the windowsill and smile.

"I'll be right back..." I say and jump out of the window. I hear them all gasp but I then fly into the air and look down at my hands.

"Shimmer what are you doing?!" I hear master shout.

"There have been no stars for far to long!" I shout and point to the sky and a star comes out from my finger.

I smile and then continue to place the stars into the sky while I fly around. My guild mates have all come outside now and are watching me as I fly around. They all shout my name and I finally feel like I have a home that will keep me safe and let me use ALL my magic not just specific types. 

Its not too hard to say......

I LOVE FAIRY TAIL!

I use the stars to make the fairy tail guild mark before all the stars go into their right spot in the sky. I wave down at everyone then go back into my room. I change into my pyjamas and Jade falls asleep in her new bed. While I was painting Erza and Mirajane washed the sheets and put them back on the bed. I snuggle down and fall into a deep sleep......

What will tomorrow bring I wonder?
