Chapter Thirteen: Leave The Tower?

Shimmer's Prov:

As I look over at Jellal with fear in my eyes I know that this isn't him anymore, Zeref has taken him from us and I need to try and help him come back to the light.

"How can you hurt those people Jellal?!" Erza shouts at him and he looks shocked.

"I thought you hated them as much as I do Erza?"  looks at Erza and places his hand over her chest and fires a magic spell that shoots her into the area where we fought the Magic soldiers, I run after her and see her surrounded by rubble and dust.

"ERZA!" I scream as I jump down to her, pulling off some of the larger rocks and brush off the dust.

I look over and see Jellal standing there and laughing.

"I'm going to continue the work of building this Tower and use it to get to heaven. I'll make sure everyone gets enough food and plenty of rest, I know Lord Zeref would like me to build this place with fear but I feel that happy workers are better workers." Jellal says looking down on us.

And with that he uses his dark magic to lift us both into the air closer to his face. The hold around my neck is slowly getting tighter.

"And you Erza, Will leave the tower and never come back. Because if you do I will hurt your friends." He pulls Erza closer and strokes her cheek whispering something to her.

And then he turns to me and smiles darkly.

"And Shimmer....." He pulls me closer to him, but not as close as he was to Erza. "You will forget EVERYTHING about this tower. The people you met here." He looks over to Erza "You will even forget all the memories that you made here. All you will remember is the day before you met Erza because I know she was the First person you met." He smiles again looking deep into my eyes.

"No please Jellal not my memories! Please I have so many dear friends don't take that time away from me! Especially not my time with Big Sister Erza!" I shout and try to use my magic.

"Please Jellal! If you send us both out there alone we wont survive! She is my only true family now! Please don't do this Jellal!" Erza shouts at him.

He places a finger on my head and then everything fades to black.

Erza  Prov:

I cant believe that this is the boy who wanted us to fight for freedom.....And I cant believe what he whispered to me when he said I was never to return to the tower.

"I'll kill off all your little friends Erza. If you dare to return to the tower. I think the first one to die will be Sho." He whispered darkly into my ear.

An image of Sho appears in my mind. NO! I look at Jellal with fear but also hate in my eyes. But then he mentions what he will do to Shimmer and it breaks my heart. She is my Little Sister! How can he be so cruel!

"STOP PLEASE!" I say as Jellal places a finger onto Shimmers head and then she falls to the ground. All the memories of all this gone..........

I feel something strike my head and then everything goes black.

I wake up to the sounds of  waves slapping against the sand. I see Shimmer lying there beside me. I have to know if the spell worked on her...

I shake her slightly and say her name.

"Shimmer.....Shimmer its me Erza wake up please...." I say with a hand on her shoulder.

Her eyes open and are then filled with fear.

"Who are you?! Get away from me!" She screams at me then stands up and runs away leaving me there all alone....

I Scream and cry lying there on the beach. The only friend I have left, Doesn't even know who I am...

Shimmer Prov:

Who is this girl? How does she know my name? All I can remember is looking for Eclipa and then waking up on the beach.....

What happened to me?
