"what?!" jack screeched and grabbed calum into a huge hug.

luke and calum had told everyone about them and now they're a thing. calum's family took it well, claiming they all knew it and luke's family apparently bet on it. jack was the last to be told and he was taking it pretty well.

"my otp is finally together." jack mumbled into calum's neck who giggled because his warm breath tickled his neck.

luke rolled his eyes and pulled calum away, possessively pulling his shirt up and over calum so he was inside of luke's shirt. jack looked confused but luke hissed at him before carrying calum up to his room and locking the door before climbing on the bed, on top of calum who was still in his shirt. calum didn't mind because it smelt like luke's cologne and mint.

"don't want anyone touching you." luke mumbled and planted kisses on calum's temple.

"yeah, i know. just yours." calum said dreamily, surprisingly really happy to say that.

luke smiled and rolled over so calum was on top. he took calum out of his shirt by taking his shirt off and throwing it somewhere random.

calum laid on top of luke and rested his chin in his chest. calum smiled and closed his eyes, kissing luke's bare, warm chest.

"you're so pretty cal." luke smiled and calum opened his eyes and blushed.

calum shook his head and frowned. he looked down to luke's chest, avoiding luke's stare. "i'm not." he mumbled and luke gasped dramatically.

"calum? you're the most gorgeous human being i have ever seen in my entire life. and remember the two summers ago when i went to brazil? yeah, that place has got some very beautiful people but still, i find you the most beautiful." luke said, lifting calum's face up and connecting their lips lightly before pulling away.

"that was sweet." calum giggled.

"it's true." luke smiled. the boys spent half an hour kissing and cuddling and whispering jokes into each others ears. somehow luke's pants came off and his hands found their way to calum's warm back under his jumper.

"cal?" luke whispered.

"if you're going to ask me to get naked with you then no because it's like two degrees in here." calum said, cuddling his face into the warm crook of luke's neck. he was still on top of him.

"no, that's not it." luke chuckled, pulling the comforter over them even though he was pretty hot with calum on him. "i wanna take you on a date."

calum smiled and nodded. "okay, yeah. that sounds nice." calum sighed in content.

"okay, we'll do it this saturday. all you need is to bring yourself and that cute little bum of yours." luke said and kissed calum's cheek.

friday rolled around quickly and calum was excited for this date. calum wasn't necessarily nervous for it because it'd be just like a normal day for the two. they always hang out so it wouldn't be much different.

when calum got to school that day he was excited to see luke. he hadn't seen him since wednesday because he wasn't at school thursday for some reason.

calum walked into first period and saw luke sitting in his usual seat at the back, on his phone. but for some reason he had sunglasses on.

"hey luke." calum smiled and kissed his cheek before going to sit down next to him but suddenly he was pulled by the hips and onto luke's lap. he squeaked and looked down at luke who wrapped his arms around his waist and tucked his head into his lap.

"what are you doing, luke?" calum giggled. luke mumbled something and calum giggled again. "speak up."

"i missed you." luke mumbled louder. calum blushed and tried to keep down his huge smile but it was hard.

"i missed you too. where were you yesterday?" calum asked and luke sighed.

"i was setting up our date. i wanted everything to be perfect and didn't want to do it today because i wanted the see you before the date." luke said and calum smiled wide. he looked down at his boyfriend and giggled before kissing his softly and getting off his lap.

the school day dragged on for what felt like years. by lunch time calum was exhausted but he still had two more periods left and none with luke. he  unfortunately only had four periods with the blond and the rest he only had ashton and michael for one. so the very last period of the day he'd be alone.

he quickly put his things in his locker and rushed to the cafeteria where luke, ashton, and michael all sat. calum made his way to them and when he got there luke immediately smiled and patted his lap.

calum sat down comfortably on luke and luke's arms wrapped around calum to get to his food.

"hey cally, my mum packed you some pizza because she got hawaiian on accident." ashton said and handed calum a big ziplock bag with two slices of hawaiian pizza.

"ooh, thanks ashy." calum giggled and took the cold pizza out of the bag and began taking small bites, trying not to embarrass himself in front of luke.

one thing that's definitely changed is calum can't be his usual messy, weird self around luke because he feels like he has to impress him.

as calum ate he didn't even realize luke staring up at him fondly. his big hand found its way up under calum's sweater and onto his warm tummy.

calum frowned when luke began playing with the tiny rolls that were on it. he pushed his hand away and looked down at him.

"don't do that." he pouted cutely.

"don't do what? touch your stomach?" luke asked and put his hand back into his shirt and played with his rolls again.

"yes, don't touch my rolls. it's embarrassing." calum muttered and put his pizza down. luke frowned and looked at calum.

"it's not embarrassing, cal. everyone gets rolls when you sit. ashton gets it, and he's got abs. i get them, i probably have some right now." luke lifts his shirt and nods because yes, there are rolls and way more than calum's.

"but-"

"no buts, you're perfect even if you had permanent rolls. i like you for you not your body, even though your body is perfect. now eat your pizza, cal." luke said and kissed calum's cheek before playing with his rolls again.

calum blushed and looked up to see ashton's shirt up and michael poking ashton's rolls. he giggled and ate his pizza.

while writing this i was sitting down and i have rolls they are so normal don't be upset if you have them because they're adorable and cute and fun to play with
