Chapter 25

We walked into the first party I had been to in college, it was massive. Project X crazy, not as big but pretty damn close. Nicole, Melissa, Ella and I were standing at the front of the house. Ella had a huge smile on her face, she was a party person. I thought I was going to throw up, and Nicole just wanted to see Justin again. 

“I thought you weren’t coming?” I heard behind me. I turned around and saw Justin, he had a big smile on his face and a red solo cup in his hand. 

“Well my friends like parties, and dragged me here.” I giggled. 

“Thought you came just to see me or something.” He smirked looking at me dead in the eyes. I smiled and rolled my eyes, I walked away waving for him to follow me. Nicole came up to us as we walked, Ella was playing beer pong and Melissa was flirting with some guy.

“Can I get you a drink?” Justin asked as we walked to the kitchen, or ‘bar’. 

“Umm.. no thanks.” I said facing him then turning away. Ella was already drunk and I didn’t want everyone to be drunk.

“Suit yourself” He said pouring a drink for himself. He made some kind of vodka drink, I wasn’t really paying attention. We walked to the poolside where most of the people were.

“Do you always have huge parties like this?” I asked him looking around at all the people.

“Basically, sometimes it can get annoying but its college what are you gonna do?” He said sipping some of his drink, he squinted his eyes looking at something from afar. “Ill be right back” he said running over to the other side of the pool.

“This party is awesome” Melissa came behind me slightly drunk, she walked away as soon as she popped up. I was standing alone when I see two people that look familiar from across the pool. It looked like a blonde girl and a guy, I couldn’t see that well from where I was standing. 

“Hi, I am back” Justin stood right in front of me. I was looking above his shoulder still trying to find out who those people were. “What are you looking at?” he said moving in front of my view again.

“I think I know them.” I said squinting my eyes over in that direction.

“I don’t think you know anyone at this party.” he said anxiously. He was hiding something I just didn’t know what.

“No, I know th-” I stopped mid sentence, realizing who it was. I just starred into space. 

“Dammit. Nicole!!” Justin screamed from where he was standing. Nicole came running up to us, He pulled her aside from where I was. “She knows Nick is here with that girl.” he said to Nicole.

“I told you not to let her see them!” Nicole said, her eyes wide open. “We have to get her out of here.”

They both turned around and I wasn’t there. I took a chug of someones drink and walked up to Nick and his girlfriend. “Why did you have to ruin my night by coming here? I was having a good time with some friends, and you show up. Can’t I just have one good night without you being on my mind or seeing you? Of course you bring her. I just wasn’t good enough for you, was I?” I start rambling in a loud voice. 

“Can we talk about this later?” Nick said looking around at all of the people staring. 

“How about you leave, I am here with my boyfriend and he doesn’t want to see you.” the blonde girl spoke up. 

Justin stepped in before I was going to punch the blonde hoe, “Sorry about her you guys, she is a little drunk.” he smiled lifting me on top of his shoulder, so I couldn’t walk away.

“Let me down!” I yelled until I got to the front of the house. He put me down and all I could remember last was falling to the grass.

I woke up in a queen bed in a room I had recognized. It was white and blue, I looked up and realized it was Justin’s room. Did I sleep with him? I asked my self. I was a mess, huge headache and it was too bright in that room. I got up and walked out of the door, “Good morning sunshine.” Justin came out of the bathroom with boxers and a toothbrush in his mouth. 

“Did we.. you know?” I asked in a whisper voice.

He laughed, “No, you had some type of drug in the drink you had and passed out, your friends were too drunk to take you home so I put you in my bed. I slept on the floor.” He explained himself. 

“Oh thank god” I said swiping my hand across my forehead. 

“What’s the problem if we did?” Justin said smiling. He went to go spit out the toothpaste from his mouth and came back.

“No” I said to him looking up. I realized he didn’t have a shirt on and saw his amazing abs, he definitely worked out everyday. He noticed me looking at them.

“Should I go put a shirt on?” he said looking at me with his lips pursed.

“I have to go.. I will see you in class.” I walked to get my stuff from his room, I stood up and Justin was standing right in front of me. He looked at me for a second and grabbed my face and kissed me. I was not expecting this at all, I just kind of kissed back, I didn’t know what else to do. “Umm..” I said in shock after he left me go. I looked at him and ran out of the mansion.

“I am sorry!” He said loud enough for me to hear him, but I just kept running. He put his head to the wall and slammed his hand to it gentle but aggressive at the same time.
