Life has no remote... Get up and change it yourself!
I know I talk about changing your life a lot, but that's because I have personal experience and I know that it can be done! Everything you've done, everything you've said, whoever you've been with... All of that is in the past! Now you just have to be brave enough to forget it all and change it for the better.
But here's the thing, YOU are the only one in control of your life and your decisions. YOU are the only one that has the power to change it. Yes, God and other people can help you, but they cannot help you if you are not willing to let them.
"You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the sinful nature; rather, serve on another in love." ~Galations 5:13
God gave us free will to do whatever we want to do, but do abuse that freedom to do sinful things because God said that the consequences of sin is death. So right now I want to talk seriously with you... If lately you haven't been the good Christian person that you know you are supposed to be, if you are taking that free will to do ungodly things, I want you right now to, first, ask for forgiveness. Not from me, I can forgive you but it won't mean much in the way of getting you saved. Ask forgiveness from God! Then, try your best to change. I don't mean change who you are, just what you do. If you're stuck with an addiction, or you cut, listen to me! God can help you! I promise you that, but you have to be willing to get up and do something too! God can't do much if you don't let him!

Challenge: Write that quote ↑↑↑ somewhere where you will see it everyday! And if you feel even more outgoing today, post it somewhere where others will see it too! Pray that it will help them as much as it (hopefully) helped you!
