At the end of a prayer what do you say? Do you say "In God's name, Amen"? Or " In Jesus' name I pray, Amen"? Or do you simply just say "Amen"?
Well, let's take a look at the Bible to see what it says about it.

"And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it." ~John 14: 13-14
"Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you." ~John 15:16
 – "And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you." ~John 16:23
– "Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full." ~John 16:24
– "At that day ye shall ask in my name: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you." ~John 16:26

Are you beginning to see something here? Jesus himself explained it very simply for us over and over again in his lifetime. Whatever we need from God, we must ask for it in his son's name. He is the only way to get access to the Father. There's no other way.

"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." ~John 14:6

Have you ever said a prayer, and maybe you'd been praying about it for months or even years, and nothing ever happened? Well, did you ask it in Jesus' name? You have to ask it in his name, or nothing will be done. Some people will just hurry up and say amen to get it over with, but really, you need to understand the importance of saying In Jesus' name at the end of each prayer (there are other ways to word it, but as long as you are getting the point across that you are asking Jesus for it, then it's fine). No one gets to the Father except through him.

So I hope that you have learned something from this! Don't forget to tell all of your friends about it because it might help them too! It sure did help me when I learned about it at church.

Have a wonderful day!☺♥☺♥☺

Hey guys! Okay so I just wanted to let you know that I have two other Christian books that you would enjoy, called A Scripture A Day Keeps The Devil Away and Heart To Heart. Please read!!!

I am also a big Doctor Who fan and I write those things too! I have a Doctor Who fan fiction sort of thing called The Mad Man In My Dreams... I have not finished it, but I am trying my best to think of a way to continue it, and there's my Wobbly Wobbly Timey Wimey Tales, it's Doctor Who and Disney crossovers. I would really appreciate it if you checked those out... If you are a Whovian, that is.

Thanks for everything! Love you all!
