These are the lyrics to one of the songs my female choir is singing for CPA (choral performance assessment) and I just felt like I should share it with you. It is such a gorgeous song, and I don't just mean the notes and stuffs, it's the words!
This song, as my director described it, is a plea. It's like we are faced with a difficult situation and we are asking God to be with us, to help us make the right decisions. We need to keep him in our heads so that we will be able to say the right words, to think the good thoughts, and to look for the better in the world. And this should be our prayer every day! That God help us not to sin and to live in a way that will not only help ourselves stay close to him, but will also lead others who are lost to him.
Remember that even though God is everywhere, we have to be the ones to let him in. Please keep him with you everywhere you go, and smile!!!
