As Bad As I Thought

So obviously the past two weeks had been a nightmare. He wouldn't let me do anything, like some hold over me and no one ever argued with him about it. Luckily Remus had me one night a week and Scarface didn't have to be there, I think he was as glad about it as I was.

I'm glad it was nearly Halloween, a whole week without Moody, yes please. Me and Regan were virtually best friends, it felt weird to have someone like that. I enjoyed Arienne's company as well and her friends were nice. Jess and Corby.

I just hope this Halloween was good, I hadn't celebrated one in so long.

I was walking through the hallway, Scarface was behind me somewhere. There weren't many students in the halls, mainly older students.

"Oi freak!" I scowled slightly and turned around. They looked about 14 or 15. I looked down the hall and Scarface was nowhere to be seen, what?

"I hope your not talking to me." I smirked.

"Well I am." The black haired girl glared. She was with two other girls. They walked forward towards me and I stood taller.

"What?" I spat. The girls just laughed, one more nervously than the other two.

"Really think your something special, eh?" She spoke again.

"Not really. I just know you shouldn't bother messing with me."

"I wonder if you'll say that when we've finished." They walked forwards and stood right in front of me. I shot down to my pocket and there was no wand, Moody had it! Great.

Why wasn't there anyone coming down the hallway? Oh well, better if they didn't anyway.

Then I felt myself slammed into the wall, I obviously wasn't paying attention. The two girls were holding me against the wall by my arms.

"Scared?" The black haired girl hissed.

"In your dreams. Death Eaters are a lot scarier than you." Her face twisted up and I felt the stinging on my cheek.

I screamed in anger and tried to get at her, but I couldn't, they had put a spell on me as well as the two idiots holding me.

"Aw, she's angry." They laughed. I couldn't do anything but glare, if only I had my wand. She wouldn't be laughing then, that's for sure.

She grabbed my hair and tipped my head back, with about 2 inches between our faces.

"No one wants you in this place and by god you'll be out soon. It doesn't take much to get you angry, then job done." I managed to head butt her slightly and she threw me to the ground.

I couldn't move, whatever spell it was, only let me move my head and talk and stuff.

"Don't you dare." She spat on the ground, luckily didn't hit me, disgusting.

"Oh I dare." I smirked. "Too bad you have to use a spell on me instead of fighting me properly." She smiled evilly then, something was going to happen.

"Oh that's what my wand is actually for. So I don't have to fight people properly." She took out her wand again and pointed it at me. The other two girls did the same.

"Well this is lame. If I had my wand you'd all the on the floor crying."

"Well you haven't got it. So it will be you that's crying." She kicked me in the ribs, hard. It hurt and I gasped as they all laughed once again, they seemed to like laughing.

"I've been through worse." Unfortunately I couldn't shrug.

A few more beatings later and I could feel the pain. It hurt, but not a sound came from me. My nose hurt, head, legs, ribs, belly, arms, everywhere.
