I couldnt believe what i heard. The dementors at hogwarts, it was horrible. It totally didnt feel right and i just felt sick thinking about them, so close to me, when i sleep and eat and have fun.
I couldn't sleep at all that night. Each time I would have a nightmare about them horrid things. The time in Azkaban was haunting me again and I couldn't stand it.
I thought I was becoming happy again, knowing what a real childhood was actually like, but I was wrong.
"Come on! Poppy get up. Professor Dumbledore wishes to speak to you." I heard Severus say through the door.
"O-ok. I'll get up." I spoke quickly and hopped out of the bed. Anything was better than dwelling on nightmares. I dressed normally, in some shorts and a t-shirt with some Vans shoes.
"Finally. Come on now, I'll take you to him." I just nodded and we walked silently to the massive bird that let's us into the office.
"Where is Remus, Severus?" I asked quietly. He seemed to give me a weird look before he answered.
"I've told you, he won't be here for a few days get." He snapped.
"Sorry." I snapped back sarcastically.
"Jelly Babies." He barked and I had to smile, it sounded so weird coming out of his mouth.
"Good morning Poppy. I hope you are having a nice day." I just nodded and sat down. "Well, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I am today." He sighed in a grave voice. Oh, great he was going to talk about dementors.
"Go on professor. I think I already know anyway."
"Oh? How so?" He quieried.
"Well, I Erm, I heard Bill a-and Severus talking last night." I spoke in a small voice. Severus seemed angry but didn't say anything. "Th-they are bringing d-Dementors here."
"I'm afraid so. But don't worry about it. They cannot come on school grounds." I just nodded again and kept my head down. I really didn't want to be having this conversation. "I know it is short, but I have a meeting with Minister Fudge in about five minutes."
"Ok. That's fine." I jumped from the seat and hightailed it out of that office quick.
"Get back here!" Severus shouted. I kept on running for some reason. I ran and ran around the castle and eventually lost Severus. They must be going mad. I shouldn't run off at all, being a convict and everything.
The castle was massive! I didn't know where to go and then I got lost. It was a nightmare. So I decided so stay still and wait, someone would find me.

It was getting dark now, no one had found me yet. I desperately wondered why. I'd been gone for hours and the only thing running through my head was: Dementors. Dementors, dementors, dementors.
I couldn't wait any longer though, so I slipped out of my spot and looked around. Everywhere was pitch black and it was getting pretty cold. I looked all around me and saw nothing but the slight outlining of walls. I walked for a while and tried to find somewhere that looked familiar. But nowhere did.
I must have been walking for about half an hour before I came to a little door, which I opened and a cold gust of wind blew in. I clenched my teeth and wondered outside, I could probably find my way easier outside.
The stars were shining quite brightly as I wondered around. I then saw a small light, like a fire. Or it might just be a light.
I started rushing towards it, happy that I would be found finally. I can tell you one thing, I was never running off again.
