Remus had gone onto a stage of just not talking to me at all. It had been like 3 weeks since Halloween and there was some quidditch match coming up. I didn't know what teams and I wasn't even bothered about going, but Scarface was making me.

"It's going to be fun. Quidditch is good." Jess spoke at breakfast.

"Yeh, well I'm just not that bothered. It's not a bit thing for me." I shrugged. We carried on eating and talking, I found out that Arianne and Jess were leaving for Christmas, Regan was too, which made me sad.

"Don't worry. I wanted to come back early, but father is taking us away so I can't." Regan explained. That was fair enough, but it didn't mean I had to like it.

"I'm staying. Maybe we can get to know each other better.". Corby spoke up. Is it back to say I kind of forgot about him a little?

"Cool then." I smiled. "Sounds fun."

"It will be." No one else seemed to notice, but I saw him go a bit red. Strange.

"So, we can meet here in the morning and then we can make our way down there together. I hope that mad eye will let you." Arianne said. So did I.

"Hopefully he will, we haven't really had a problem the last couple of weeks." That was another thing as well, Snape was still a bit annoying, but he seemed a bit better than before. Remus still wasn't coming to his rooms, so Snape had to talk to me more and didn't seem to mind.

"Defense Against the Dark Arts." A gruff voice spoke. We all got our stuff and left the hall together then, that was our usual que go leave the hall.

"No trouble today Dustan."

"The same as any day Mad Eye." I scowled. "I haven't been causing trouble."

"Just reminding you." We made it to the classroom and took our usual seats.

Remus didn't even look at me the whole lesson, the same as the other lessons since Halloween break. Boring theory for the whole lesson and then we finally got to leave.

Transfiguration was next and that was okay. We had been doing theory for the button spell and we actually tried it that day. It felt nice to hold my wand again, it felt good everytime.

I got it on my 5th go, which was a bit disappointing but before than some of the class.

"That's a good button Miss Dustan, well done." McGonogal smiled. I smiled back and felt pretty good about myself.

"That looks cool." Regan commented. I looked over and his was so shiny and black, mine was definitely duller.

"Yours is better. Your really good at this." I grinned.

"Can't help myself." He laughed. I shoved him slightly and he just laughed more as we waited for the lesson to end. We were finally dismissed and went up for lunch where everyone else was.

"Professor Lupin really doesn't like you at the moment does he?" Corby asked.

"He's an idiot anyway." I growled slightly. "He's really been annoying me lately. But I don't care about him." I shrugged. The chat was better after that, no one else commented anyway.

"Rest of the day off then little Poppy." Regan spoke.

"I believe it is sir Regan." I chuckled. "But there's so much homework to do, better get it done." I sighed. There really was loads, it felt like we were getting some everyday.

"Fair enough."

We had been in the library what felt like an age. It was so boring. Regan was actually really good at like every subject, so he was finished with the charms, transfiguration and potions essays.
