Barely alive

Ready or not here i come part 2

A dark figure in my doorway. His hand reaching out. He's getting closer. Fight back, grab a weapon. Quick Charlie. Fight run go quickly now NOW NOW. I woke up with a startle and a strangled gasp. Quickly i shot up on my bed and looked to my doorway. I'm safe i'm okay. He lives far away. The monster won't come here he's too old to travel, i'm safe. 3:00 a.m. Way too early to be up. Oh great i'm shaking. Immediately i thought of the safest place in the world to me. My cupboard. And no before you make the joke there is no Narnia in my cupboard i just like it because its safe and cozy. My cupboard is safe, my cupboard is calm, my cupboard will keep me away from harm. Quietly, I opened my cupboard door keeping sure that i didn't slam it on the way in so i didn't wake my parents up. My cupboard is safe, my cupboard is calm, my cupboard will keep me away from harm. I piled my cushions in a V formation and dragged my fluffiest blanket over my shaking body. Quickly, i fell into an uneasy sleep knowing that tomorrow i would have to plaster a fake smile on my face again.

Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep. Time to get up. You're going to be late if you don't get up now you know. Oh fantastic the voice is back. Are you really that lazy that you can't get your ass in gear? Oh well it's not that bad it rarely talks and today's going to be a good day i can feel it. Sure it is, you keep telling yourself that. Beep beep. Beep beep. Finally, after 3 minutes of ignoring the constant beeping i got up and groggily turned of the alarm. What lessons do i have today? English. Maths. History. D.T. And science. Better mark today's date of the calendar. The 16th of May 2014. At least the weathers sunny, that's good. And i have D.T. today with Laura and Simon and sadly, with the wicked with of the west (my teacher if you hadn't of guessed). Soon i was dressed up ready for school and my bag was all packed with all of my school books and my lunch. Huh. That's weird dads car isn't in the driveway.

"Dad!" Huh and mum isn't getting her coffee ready. "Mum!" That's strange as well. Wait one second... YES! They're in Bristol...again probably for a course. Yes that must be it. "Morning" Julie my sister came trudging down the stairs with her boyfriend. Julie is a lot taller than me and looks completely different. The only thing appearance wise is that we both have long hair except hers is naturally bright blonde and mines a dark brown colour. She has 4 piercings and i have none. Her build is strong and she has broad strong shoulders while i have a weak thin build. And her face shape is thin and slightly longer than mine. But we are also very similar in our personality's. We both love anime and Pokemon and we're both incredibly sarcastic. "See ya" Well that was short. She doesn't talk to me much now a days but i still love her even if i won't admit it to her face. Oh shit. 8:05 i'm gonna be late for school. I raced out of the door and started to make my way towards school where i was about to make a bad mistake...
